He later became known under other names, but he started out in this country as Wooly Willy.The center illustration of a hairless Wooly Willy plus black metal shavings were encased in plastic. A magnetic "pencil" was packaged beneath it.The idea was to use the magnet to move the metal shavings into place on Wooly Willy's head.This had to be done on a level surface because as soon as you lifted it up, Wooly Willy would lose all his hair -- kind of like what happens in old age, only faster.
