Victoriana uploads

I am in the process of uploading quite a large collection of Victoriana, both factual and fictional, to the Victoriana group.

I would respectfully suggest that much of this material may be helpful to those Sherlockians interested in historical accuracy for pastiches, as well as for an understanding of the milieu in which Holmes worked and lived.

I want to thank all those original uploaders who contributed to this collection, especially the folks at thebox.bz and the members of the Always 1895 Society.

    The collection at the Victorians and Steampunk group is growing larger by the hour.

    New additions include:

    Sergeant Cribb - Peter Lovesey's detective from BBC TV

    Sergeant Cork - an earlier, black and white TV series - excellent scripts

    The Murdoch Mysteries - Victorian-era detective in Canada, from Canadian TV

    Various radio programs and an audiobook or two.

      Once you have your sign-in details if you do have trouble signing-in and can't get hold of Bob or Rick then as a third option try PMing me.

      I didn't know that there's a Victorian group myself. Must check that out.
