The Yahtzee Case

Hi Guys,

 

I have been sorting through my collection of Holmes Radio Shows and came Acroos this oddment "The Yahtzee Case", which i can find no mention of anywhere online, does anyone know from which series of stories it came from?

 

If it's needed by anyone i will upload it later.

    Could this possibly be "The Yoxley Case"? This title is sometimes used for "The Golden Pince-Nez" in the series with John Gielgud as Holmes and Ralph Richardson as Watson made in 1954.
