On 27 November I conducted an interview with Anthony Horowitz at the British Library in London. The topic was "Conan Doyle and Sherlock Holmes", but naturally a good deal of the time was devoted to Mr Horowitz's own Holmes novel, "The House of Silk", and his other writings were touched on as well.
The event was recorded by the BL's technical team. I've adjusted the sound balance a bit in this copy, especially for the questions from the audience, and I've eliminated a far amount of ums, ahs and ers.
The recording is given here in two parts. The first is the introduction and interview, and the second is the questions from the audience. The link will take you to my SkyDrive Times Past store. Left click on the title to listen or download a recording.

Great Roger - I did read about this and as you have offered personal recordings in the past I thought about asking you in our last correspondence if you had recorded this (or knew of a recording) but felt a little awkward.
I did grab the Radio 4 Horowitz interview from late last year. I think it was part of the Front Row show. It's in the 4Shared folder that I link to in the discussion for The House of Silk Book at Bedtime reading here on Times Past.
Happy New Year.
Marvelous! Thanks very much and Happy New Year!
Thanks for sharing.
