Chocky
From John Wyndham, author of 'The Day of the Triffids', comes this
chilling tale of a normal boy confronted with abnormal circumstances.
Matthew had always been an ordinary boy. Even when he started talking to
himself and introduced his invisible friend Chocky to the family, it
was obviously just a phase he was going through. And all children have
imaginary friends, even if Matthew's a bit old to have one.
As he becomes increasingly distressed and blames it on arguments with
this unseen companion, his parents become concerned. But when Matthew
starts explaining binary maths and anti-gravity propulsion, concerns
turn to worry.
After all, Chocky is only the product of an overactive imagination.
...Isn't he?

Yes thank you!!
I'm looking to download it again from usenet. It was on the 3 Tb drive I lost last week. Almost full of audio, programs, serial #s, etc. including all my comics an ebooks. ----------------------------- R
I found it Luke and will post it later on today. I am going to bed now. I haven't been posting due to trying to find some of the things I lost on that drive. For a change i have been downloading more than uploading. There was a lot on the drive as I was moving shows over to it since it was the newest and largest HD I had. I was organizing in 25 gig files to archive on BluRay and unfortunately the Hard Drive died before I could record them all. Some of the stiff is not replaceable but luckily this one is. i will upload later when I get up. ------------------------ R
Ah man, that really hurts! :(
