Dramatised from his own chilling novel by Christopher Priest.
The glamour is the unsuspected underworld to our normal lives, seductive and sinister, peopled by those who can never be seen. It exists on the edge of reality, full of doubt, behind a veil of invisibility.
But is the invisibility real, or is it merely a state of not being noticed?
Cameraman Richard Grey's memory has blanked out the few weeks before he was injured in a car bomb explosion. When he is visited by a girl who seems to have been his lover, his attempts to recall the forgotten period produce an odyssey through France and conflicting accounts of what happened. When Susan Kewley speaks to him of that time, he finds himself glimpsing a terrible twilight world - the world of "the glamour". Richard & Susan are haunted by the real presence of an invisible man.
As Richard fights to get his memory back after the accident, Susan reintroduces him to the strangely plausible and intriguing world of "The Glamour" - and Niall.
