Lovecraft's Unnamable Tales - A full Cast audio drama

Adapted for radio by A. Lehrmitt, Lovecraft's Unnamable Tales presents four of Lovecraft's short stories that exemplify the horror of the unknown. Set in the legendary city of Arkham and focusing on the classic Lovecraftian short story The Unnamable, the story is that of two intellectuals defining the undefinable. The two revisit the tales Hypnos, exploring a fantastic world that exists solely in our dreams; From Beyond, delving into an extrasensory dimension full of unheard-of monsters; and The Statement of Randolph Carter, seeking the unexplainable in the dark of night. That which we cannot see can harm us, and that which we do not understand could destroy all of reality.

Hypnos features Mariagrazia LaFauci as The Sculptor, Melissa de Jesus as The Dreamer, and James Hayward as The Art Dealer. From Beyond features Justus Perry as Jameson Lyman, Jake Scaltreto as Crawford Tillinghast, and Chris Chiampa as The Doctor. The Statement of Randolph Carter features Chris Larson as Randolph Carter, David N. Rogers as Harley Warren, and Liz Salazar as The Inquisitor. The Unnamable features Chris Larson as Randolph Carter, Kristen Heider as Joelle Manton, James Rossi as The Ancestor, and David N. Rogers as Jimmy.

Sound effects were created by Kyle Lampe and James Rossi. Recorded and mixed by Panic Attack Studios. Lovecraft's Unnamable Tales was first performed live on February 8th, 2014 at Comicazi in Somerville, Massachusetts with an encore performance on February 15th at Pandemonium Books & Games in Cambridge, Massachusetts.

  • Thank you indeed, Lovecraft is always appreciated. Though after hearing the primary male voice, I fully appreciate why Don Knotts was not chosen to voice the Godfather.

    Merci beaucoup
