Tex Larimee is a grizzled Arizona sheriff who’s leaving the deserts of Cactus County behind, blazing a trail east to mix it up with The Slickers in the canyons of Manhattan. Years later Clint Eastwood would follow the exact same trail in Coogan’s Bluff—a western lawman on the loose in New York City.
Tex’s welcome to New York is a rude one. Robbed of his cash, gun and badge, he’s locked in a room in back of a run-down bar. Breaking out of the bar, he goes looking for his best friend . . . only to find him dead, his throat cut. And the cops accuse Tex of committing the murder. . . .
But none of that’s going to keep a good Arizona lawman down. Discovering he’s been the subject of an elaborate frame-up job, Tex has got a few tricks of his own up his sleeve—and in his recovered Colt .45—to make even the toughest of city birds sing a different tune.

The No-Gun Man _ LRH
#75 of 80
As a young man Monte Calhoun was as wild as they come, thinking the measure of a man was how hard he could drink and how straight he can shoot. But several years of schooling back East have changed him. Now, as steadfast and principled as a young Jimmy Stewart, Monte has become The No-Gun Man.
The East Coast has civilized him, and he’s bringing some of that civilization home to Superstition, Arizona . . . even if it means refusing to avenge the murder of his own father. Monte’s come back for one reason—to rescue his younger brother from this lawless land and take him back East.
But out here in a land of frauds and outlaws and ambushes, a man’s principles have a way of folding under pressure—especially in the face of gunfire. And Monte’s no different. It’s only a question of how far he’ll be pushed before he starts pushing back . . . with a vengeance.
Blaze a bloody trail back to the American frontier as the audio version of The No-Gun Man shows how wild the Wild West can make a man.
Also includes the Western adventure, Man for Breakfast, in which the victim of a robbery will leave no stone unturned and no outlaw alive in his search for justice—even as he faces bullets, a hanging rope, and a startling revelation.
Mister Tidwell, Gunner - LRH
#76 of 80
In the year 1798, Oxford academic Mister Tidwell, to his abject terror, finds himself pressed into the British Navy schooling young midshipmen aboard the HMS Swiftsure of Lord Nelson’s famed fleet. To compound his horror, Tidwell must man a battle station during combat–the makeshift operating room deep in the belly of the ship where the surgeons are no better than butchers.
Tension mounts as the Swiftsure sails into dangerous Mediterranean waters with the French fleet poised to strike at any moment. Things get worse when, due to a freak mishap in the heat of battle, Tidwell discovers himself alone and without any support against Napoleon’s naval forces!

The ancient jungles of the Yucatan hide a world of secrets . . . the secrets of wealth, love, and fate. Now daredevil pilot Kurt Reid is about to tempt fate and fly into the heart of that jungle in search of his destiny—an adventure as daring and dangerous as any undertaken by Indiana Jones.
He’s looking for gold, but not just any. He’s after one particular nugget—flying blind into a tropical haystack in search of a very valuable needle. Thanks to his grandfather’s vexing dying wish, his entire inheritance—as well as the shape of his future—hangs on the success of his journey.
As if that weren’t bad enough, Kurt soon finds that his family legacy runs deep and dark in the Yucatan. The Mayans mistake Kurt for his grandfather, and they’ve got fifty-years worth of revenge to serve up. Whether he lands on the sacrificial altar or in the arms of his sexy co-pilot Joy, things are bound to heat up fast in pursuit of Forbidden Gold.
All caught up, finally after 3 months of feeling Horrible. Now I only feel terrible. LOL Only a few to go to 80 and we will all own all of LRH's Pulps. -------------------------------------- T

Thank you, Rick! Glad to get more LRH pulps, and glad to hear you only feel terrible! Horrible is too much to ask someone to carry for too long. I have been coughing for over 7 years, as well as fighting allergies. I just started using local honey to try and bring the allergies und control. I always thought it was an old wives tale, until my nieces husband went to the Dr. and he was told he would like his new prescription. It was to take 2 teaspoons of local honey twice a day. So far, it has helped me to not cough near as much as I was. Now if I can just build up some stamina so I don't have to set and catch my breath from walking across the room! Hope you continue to improve.

09/2014 - Only 2 more to go
Audio drama performed by Taron Lexton, Corey Burton, R.F. Daley, Shane Johnson, Jim Meskimen and Phil Proctor.
Story description:
Looking for some excitement, Winchester Remington Smith, barker for the .22-caliber rifle shooting gallery on the circus midway, decides to leave carnival life behind and join the Marines.
His quick feet and stealth make him the perfect Marine message runner, but Smith hates the silence between orders. But a message runner he’ll always be if First Sergeant Fifty-Fifty O’Brien has anything to do with it. That’s especially true after Smith deliberately breaks off a message run and uses his deadly aim to save the sergeant’s life. After being brought up on charges, Smith now faces a fatal dash to Mount Pelo, where no messages have penetrated the enemy lines. Smith soon discovers that, even in the most unexpected situations, the tables can turn—much to his and O’Brien’s surprise.
