A policeman, walking his beat, is blinded by a point-blank shotgun blast . . . and the fair-haired assailant calmly walks away. With only a partial fingerprint to go on, the police doggedly stalk their elusive quarry. What happens is borne of the rage and frustration of two detectives who bait a clever trap.
