A gentle comic murder mystery.

The sleepy market town of Langston has had a public library since the nineteenth century.

When a corpse is found in the crime section of the library, two elderly librarians decide to emulate their favourite fictional sleuth, Miss Marple, and attempt to solve the crime themselves.
