Forty-Three Fifty-Nine- Assassins
By John Dryden and Mike Walker.
Henry, a professional killer, is sent to Hastings to assassinate a hedge
fund manager. He has brought his daughter Cathy along, who he hopes will
one day take over the family business. But all is not right in Henry's
mind, and what should be a routine job begins to spiral out of control.
Henry ...... Rob Jarvis
Bryant ...... Nicholas Farrell
Angela ...... Emily Beecham
Cathy ...... Meghan Haggerty
A Goldhawk Essential production for BBC Radio 4.
Many thanks, Rick! Great cast and interesting ironic twist! I find it interesting that top British actors and actresses regularly participate in Radio drama and comedy productions as the US stars of my boyhood did (late '40's, 50's and the CBS Radio Mystery Theater in late 1970's).

British Radio Drama on the BBC has continued since then, when ours died a not so slow death. We have tried a few times to resurrect it, as in the CBS Mystery Theater and NPR The Brits just kept on with radio along with TV. They regularly have the same shows adapted for both media. I for one am quite glad they did. --- Rick
"Assassins" is one of a series of plays produced under the "43:59" banner. The common thread is that all of them occur in real-time ... in exactly forty-three minutes, fifty nine seconds.
I think it's an interesting conceit, even if not always 100% successful
