OK, here are 2 copies of S3E6 Rough Justice from Sad Sack. The first is a fix of the same file that had been going around, most likely the same file that Reuben has but worked on and fixed to 80K. The second is a 128K encode he got from someone else, may have also been worked on. They both sound better than the one we have.
The 80K one is Rough Justice -M- and the 128K one is Rough Justice -M- Take 2 It will take better ears than mine to discern the best sounding. To me the sound is comparable so I would pick the higher bitrate, but I realize that with my hearing deficit I may not be correct so here is both. ------------------------ R

Also at this account is a great Robert Barr spy thriller The Dark Island
The Dark Island is a fantastic cold war yarn to be sure.
The copy here is the infamous transcoded one that has made the rounds for a few years, 80kbps (episode 1) and 32kbps (episodes 2 - 6) upped to 128 for some reason as yet unknown.
I sincerely wish that a bonafide high quality one existed, but like the tv show that was erased, at least we have this to enjoy.

also am uploading for anyone who does not have them the Robert Barr series Spy Catcher - same link

Barr was also involved in BBC TV & produced? wrote? TV versions of Detective and Spy Catcher as well as a police series called Z Cars (unseen so far by me) -- 3 or 4 Z Cars eps are available on YouTube
