Take a bereaved convict who hears that his wife committed suicide during an affair while he was in jail and of her lover a racketeer who gave her the drugs that made her kill herself.  You mix them together with an unknown person who wants to kill the racketeer drug lord and needs a scapegoat to be blamed for the murder. Add in that the convict was released yesterday and is now missing.   Yes, the frame is in place......
