Steam Dreamers of Inverness Part 1

Jack, Mojo and Claudine discover a strange device in the old Victorian mansion of Inverness; a holographic projector that operates on steam. The projector is loaded with glass slides, as they whirl around, a black & white photographic image is projected into the center of the room. The photo is of a town set in Victorian times. As they watch, different slides slip into the machine; they’re now seeing people, horses, and carriages; the men wear top hats, the women bustles. High above, hovering over the town, is a gigantic zeppelin.

With just the slightest intention, or desire, they can be anywhere within the town. They are so intrigued, so captivated, they begin to wonder, "Can this become addictive?" Why was this room sealed away and kept secret? Over time, they can no longer discern whether the photographic images are real, or merely their own daydreams and desires. Within this strange room of swirling steam, shadows & light, they do not wish to wake up from this dream. 2 hours.

Islands in the Sky
Jack and Mojo once again fire up that old Victorian slide projector with its holographic images made of shadows, light and swirling steam. Their adventure begins with a photo of a zeppelin called, The Illuminato. The zeppelin is owned by Contessa Entellina Illuminato and is piloted by an eccentric German, Captain Henrich von Baumbaum. When a fierce storm throws the zeppelin off course, they find themselves in an uncharted territory where they discover an abandoned city on an island floating in the sky.

The island is covered by a dense jungle, thick vines cling to the sides of the deserted buildings. When the zeppelin stops to repair damages inflicted by the storm, Jack, Mojo & Claudine are lowered in a wicker basket down through the jungle canopy. As night falls, fireflies the size of humming birds come out to play. At first the island appears quite magical. But during the night, vines creep across the mooring lines and begin to wrap around the zeppelin. The jungle has its own agenda. 2 hours

Steam Dreamers of Inverness Part 3

While traveling upon the great zeppelin, The Illuminato, Jack, Mojo, and Claudine discover an island floating in the sky. On the island is a giant stupa guarded by a woman who is part machine and part plant. Andola RUX 77 is the creation of the renowned scientist, Dr. Werner von Falkenstein, also known as The Mad Botanist!

Andola warned Jack & Mojo not to enter the stupa, but under orders from the zeppelin’s Captain they did, finding Dr. von Falkenstein’s skeleton within a sarcophagus. Alas, they have desecrated his sacred tomb.

After various twists and turns, Jack & Mojo end up with Andola in The Mad Botanist’s laboratory, along with bubbling beakers and sizzling bolts of electricity. They find themselves encased within two large glass domes, where they are gradually transformed into something not quite human. 2 hours.

Steam Dreamers of Inverness, Part 4 (The Final Story)
The Clockwork Kingdom

Back on the zeppelin, The Illuminato, our adventurers discover a clockwork kingdom inhabited by mechanical creatures. These windup automata are covered with dust, they haven't creaked their joints in decades.

Each of the automata represents a different archetype: the Magician, the Wizard, the Witch, the Gypsy, the High Priestess, the Devil, the Trickster, and the Grim Reaper!

Then one night, the automata begin to move, they even speak, repeating quaint sayings, "Today is the tomorrow you worried about yesterday," or, "Better the devil you know than the devil you don't." As they walk about, they wind each other up.

Beneath the city is "The Great Clock," it too has been silent for decades. The mechanical robots follow one another, spiraling down into the dark heart of the Clock. As they begin to wind the Clock, Jack begins to wonder, "Can this be Doomsday?" 2 hours
