FINDINGS ABOUT THE REAL STAR VISITORS VERSUS THE BOGEYMEN OF THE UFO COVER-UP ORGANIZATION’S PROPAGANDA
There are many presentations on television, in UFO magazines, and on the Internet purporting to describe what “aliens” are like, and the purpose of their contact with Earth. These vary widely. Many of these presentations are sensationalistic, and intentionally so. Because emotional “voltage” sells, and many in the media are interested only in what sells, it is often the most lurid and macabre tales about “ETs” that are presented by producers and editors.
Other media presentations are propaganda pieces, placed in the media by the Cabal of ultra-rich-controllers behind the UFO Cover-Up. Since the Cabal has enormous international wealth at its disposal, it has the funds and influence to make sure that the vast majority of presentations which make it to public view are negative in tone. Their thinking is that if they can’t sell you the lie that “UFOs don’t exist”, then their fall-back strategy is to convince you that “they are evil mean invaders.” So, the presentations they finance and promote feature the Star Visitors as torturers, plotters and monsters.
The media presentations which are actually truthful are the result of some producers’ careful sifting of the facts from creative fantasy and disinformation, and relying on scientific research by qualified professionals who have devoted themselves to the specialized field of Star Visitor-human encounters. The producers who care about truth above emotional “voltage”, who are smart enough to get help from real experts to sift truth from fiction and disinformation, and who are courageous enough to push their production through despite opposition from the Cabal’s henchmen in the media, are in the minority. But their work is wonderful, illuminating and exciting. Think of "ET", "Close Encounters of the Third Kind", "Star Man", and even "The Day the Earth Stood Still".
How do persons who want to find and present the truth about Star Visitor-human encounters get the real facts? Where can they go to get reality instead of disinformation?
In researching encounters with Star Visitors, the only “evidence” available to study is from the witnesses, the human persons actually experiencing the Star Being visit.
And the only really qualified researchers of persons reporting extraterrestrial encounters are researchers with professional behavioral-science education, training and experience. Thus, the only experts are the psychologists, psychiatrists, psychotherapists and hypnotherapists who actually have a sub-specialty in working with experiencers of Star Visitor-human encounters. These are the professionals who have educated themselves sufficiently about UFO and Star Visitor matters to have the necessary information for working with experiencers.
As Board Member and past Officer of the Academy of Clinical Close Encounter Therapists, I have had the opportunity to talk to hundreds of such professionals involved in this kind of highly-specialized work with those having Star Visitor encounters. In so doing, I do not find credible reports of low-life aliens from these professionals, nor from the experiencers they have worked with. On the contrary, the reports coming from these professionals describe intelligent, wise, compassionate, interested Star Visitors, who want what is best for our world and theirs.
My analysis, shared by Drs. John Mack, R. Leo Sprinkle, Edith Fiore, Rauni Kilde, Gilda Moura, Ruth Hover, et al., is based on the experiences of those Humans whom the Star Visitors have interacted with. Actions speak louder than words.
While the theoretical possibility of “evil aliens invaders” may exist, as a practical matter, we do not have to fear such potential visitors. Why? Because the coalition of advanced civilizations making contact with Earth, called Star Nations, have pledged to, and stand prepared to, stop any potential marauder who might decide to drop by this blue planet. This guarantee comes from innumerable statements by Star Visitors to experiencers, from Earth’s indigenous peoples’ ancient oral traditions and Elders’ teachings, and is corroborated by honest government insiders who work with Star Visitors, such as the National Security Council’s Special Studies Group consultant Dr. Michael Wolf, Brigadier General Shadow, and others.
The Star Visitors’ messages contain warnings for us of the dangers we are presenting to ourselves by our unwise ecological, military, social and economic behaviors. Star Visitors provide us with important and useful information for advancing our society and ourselves mentally and spiritually. The Visitors are preparing us (via messages relayed through human experiencers) to socially accept the reality of extraterrestrial contact, and are readying us for later joining the larger community of inhabited worlds.
Remember: the burden of proof is on those propagandists who allege that there are evil extraterrestrial races actually harming Humans. In reality there is no proof. What has been presented as “evidence” are lurid tales found in some UFO magazines and books, and mouthed by Cabal-controlled “experts” on television. These are fictions and distortions. The Star Visitors who interact with humans are benevolent.
Misunderstandings of Star Visitors can sometimes occur due to human tendency to lack understanding of very different cultures and personality styles. As anthropologists know, in dealing with culturally very different human groups on Earth, it is incorrect to judge the culturally-different group by the cultural standards of one's own culture. Even in America there are people who put down another ethnic group because they think/talk/behave differently than we do.
Some Star Visitor races are here to teach, some here to guide, some to heal, some to advance us culturally, some to advance us biologically, some to study us, some to passively observe and learn, some to take samples of our flora and fauna, some to stand guard to protect us, or to protect space from our plutonium-contaminated space probes and space weapons systems.
None are here to invade, none are here to kill, none are here to intimidate, none are here to experiment, none are here to take over.
To recap: people from the less-evolved cultures on other planets are not permitted by Star Nations to roam the galaxy freely and cause havoc on vulnerable planetary populations such as Earth. That is the reason why we have been assigned Watchers since our earliest times: to protect us while we grow up as a species. The Star Visitors also have genuine interest and concern for our positive evolution and development.
Bottom line: there are some violent predatory civilizations in other solar systems in space. However, Star Nations has established a protective cordon around Earth, so that any evil-intentioned occasional visitor is turned away before he can reach Earth. All we ever see and interact with are the morally-advanced members of Star Nations.
This reality is in marked contrast to the rampant disinformation peddled by the Cabal’s “assets”, who include such propagandists as “ex”-CIA operative John Lear, Jr., “ex-“Naval Intelligence operative “Wild Bill" Cooper, the Cabal team of Budd Hopkins and David Jacobs, “ex”-CIA operative Derrel Sims, “ex”-Air Force Intelligence operative John “Val Valerian” Grace, and others.
As for Cabalista Zecharin Sitchin’s tales of all-too-human-like “Annunaki”, Sitchin published his interpretation of some Sumerian legends about early contact with Visitors from the stars. Unfortunately, Sitchin tends to present Sumerian legends as though they were transcripts from the New York Times. Actually, ancient Near East literature in its cultural context reflects the faulty understandings and distortions of primitive people faced with sky visitors they thought were “gods”, and then in the countless retellings of these visits, ascribing to the Star Visitors the arrogant, ruthless and scheming qualities of their own human rulers. Thus the legends warped earlier events into almost unrecognizable tales, as these stories got passed down. Some Sumerian language experts hold that Sitchin took liberties with the translation and interpretation of what the original cuneiform text said. The basic premise which Sitchin started from is fact: that Sumerians acknowledged contact from Visitors from the stars who helped establish the foundation for a Human civilization. The rest of Sitchin’s tales, the drama about lust, jealousy and wars, are cultural trappings added on by deceived Sumerian scribes. These scribes were confused when accounts of the original activity of the Zeta bioengineers perfecting the Homo Sapiens recipe got mixed up with the intrusions by Cabal types reincarnating from the Atlantis civilization they had destroyed, and were then trying to dominate, impress, and oppress the Sumerian peasants with advanced knowledge and technology they remembered and recreated from the Atlantean times. These Sumer-era Cabal ruler-priests passed themselves off as gods come down from the sky [ Annunaki ]. Sitchin’s interpretation of the confused Sumerian legends as literal fact can be ignored, including his putting forth sensationalistic scare stories about a supposed inhabited “Marduk”/ ”Niburu”/ Planet X heading ominously for Earth, (more Cabal psychological-warfare propaganda).
Some of the lurid reports being palmed off on the public as examples of “alien misbehavior” are actually the result of secret psychological warfare operations (MILABS) by Cabal mercenary para-military units. Let’s look at these deceptive operations.
Cabal rogue mercenary units, often pretending to be military, kidnap civilians without any legal authorization or justification. These MILABS units drug and/or hypnotize those they kidnap, often experiencers, then deliberately intimidate, interrogate, physically abuse, and even gang-rape these victims. The Cabal mercenaries use brainwashing drugs to create drug-induced hypnosis, and then implant a false memory about the horrific experience as an “alien abduction”.
There are eight ways in which false tales about supposed “terrible alien encounters” arise.
1. MILABS, Type 1. Cabal operatives capture and mistreat a victim, then drug and hypnotize her, or stage a costumed fake scene for her/him so as to create the false impression that the victim’s Military Abduction (MILABS) ordeal was an "alien abduction".
2. MILABS, Type 2. Cabal operatives using psychic, 3-D ultra-real holographic, or psychotronic devices, stage a horrific abduction experience, which the victim then believes was real. Also, operatives will wear “alien” costumes or even shape-shift into an “alien” to convince the kidnaped victim that “aliens” are the ones tormenting her. In some cases, Human hybrids, created by the Cabal to look extraterrestrial, and Cabal-controlled, pretend to be Star Visitors and behave in terrorizing ways.
3. Some horror stories arise when the person reporting the “negative experience with an alien” is a paid, or coerced, or mind-controlled patsy for the Cabal propaganda campaign, and is basically making it up.
4. Some “negative” stories are the result of incompetent, non-professional amateur (or undercover Cabal) UFO investigators dabbling in brainwashing pseudo-"counseling" of experiencers, and misuse hypnosis, so that the experiencer ends up confused, reprogrammed, and unnecessarily left feeling a victim.
5. Some distorted stories occur when psychologically-unstable persons have a jumbled partial memory of an actual encounter with a Star Visitor, but because of pre-existing deep psychiatric disturbance, they misinterpret and misperceive the innocent behaviors of strange-looking but well-intentioned Star Visitors as non-existent “abuse and intimidation”.
6. Some negative reports come from persons who have only very-partial recall of an actual encounter, and initially only remember the uncertainty and fear feelings. But after getting professional hypnotic recall and recapturing the entire memory of the encounter, events fall into a sensible and non-threatening context, and the experience is judged by the experiencer as positive, important and worthwhile, and they no longer feel mistreated.
7. Some adverse reports come from people who are extremely psychologically-rigid, and don't want their comfortable, rigid little universe upset, or their daily life routine intervened with, by anyone, and who see an encounter as an extreme annoyance. They miss the point and significance of visitation by beings from the stars. These rigid people resent anyone doing anything that is outside their status quo. Thus they resent the Star Being’s visit like they resent anything else that differs from their routine, and say so.
8. Rarely, a negative story comes from a person who actually is interacting with a ghost, poltergeist, or mischievous elemental spirit-force of the Earth. When the Human has an experience which is frightening or jarring, the person may then mistake their experience as being with a Star Visitor.
My positive evaluation of the Star Visitors does not rest principally only on information provided by government, military, and intelligence insiders like Dr. Michael Wolf, or Command Sergeant-Major Bob Dean, or Brigadier General Shadow, but rather on my work with many hundreds of (actual) encounter experiencers, as well as the findings of the other truly-qualified therapists working with experiencers. It also rests on the behavioral profile of the Star Visitors themselves, not to mention conclusions drawn from my own interactions with them.
The Cabal possess confidential information about who the people are who were visited (experiencers), and where they live. And the Cabal have sent their Men-in-Black, or men in “alien” costumes, to visit, terrorize, and confuse as many experiencers, Star Seeds, and other targets as they can.
The huge vast majority of persons experiencing a Star Visitor encounter are astounded, intrigued, and end up feeling privileged and honored; and regard that experience as one of the most important things that ever happened to them. But the Cabal doesn't want that impression to get out, despite the hundreds of professional therapists actually working with experiencers ready to make such reports. Therefore the Cabal present a propaganda-skewed assortment of selected false "cases".
Realize also that the media hugely misrepresent the encounter experience by taking a relative handful of those false and distorted stories and presenting them as though they were "representative" of everyone's experience. They aren’t.
By the time all of these propaganda efforts are given generously-funded publicity, it is no wonder that some of the public have been successfully hoodwinked into fearing Star Visitors. This is the level of evil, distortion and treachery that the Cabal repressing UFO truth goes to in order to protect their monopoly on highly-advanced extraterrestrial technology recovered from UFO crashes: a monopoly which has brought them trillions of dollars in profits over the last four-plus decades.
So, when you next read an article or watch a television presentation which purports to describe a Star Visitor-human encounter, you have to ask yourself: Is it propaganda, is it Hollywood, is it fantasy, or is it the truth?

Dr. Richard J. Boylan is a Ph.D. behavioral scientist, anthropologist, University associate professor (emeritus), certified clinical hypnotherapist, consultant, and researcher. Dr. Boylan is a consultant to Star Kids and Star Seeds seeking to understand their origin, identity and mission, so as to attain optimal awareness and clarity of identity, inner growth, spiritual development, and future path.
He has presented papers on his research at, among other conferences, the 1992 M.I.T. Abduction Study Conference, and the 1995 Cosmic Cultures International Conference at Washington, DC. Race distinguishes various Star Visitors of decidedly different appearances, or from different planets of origin even if similar in appearance.
More research into exo-biology, (the science of Star Visitor life's physical structure and processes), and exo-anthropology (the study of off-world cultures) will help us understand better the many races of intelligent species with which we are dealing. So would the declassifying of the Government's already considerable covert research on Star Visitor ( exo- ) biology, (such as is going on at NASA's Ames Research Center, Sunnyvale, CA, and at Los Alamos National Laboratories, New Mexico.
Information from a member of Star Nations’ Council informs us that there are 1,483 Star Nations Species who are currently operating within Earth’s energy zone, and/or have operated here in the past. Needless to say, this article will not catalogue them all, but only the ones with whom Humans have had more frequent interaction.
For convenience I shall use the term "race" to distinguish Star Visitors of significantly different anatomical features.
The most common Star Visitor race encountered, the Zetas, has a number of variants. These variations in size and details of appearance may represent origins on different planets. This Zeta race is popularly, and rather imprecisely, called the "Greys". The Zetas are stereotyped, by uninformed or careless writers, as: short, upright, two-legged beings, three-and-a-half feet tall, with grayish- white skin, large, hairless, fetal-shaped heads, with huge, all-black, sloping, almond-shaped eyes without pupils or eyelids, whose eyes wrap around partially towards the temple-area sides of the head, a narrow jaw tapering to almost a V, small nostril holes but no nose, a small, thin, lip-less, horizontal slit for a mouth, thin torsos with no ribs and no genitals evident, long, spindly, but surprisingly strong arms reaching to the knees, similarly long, very thin legs, and hands with three long, non-tapering, joint-less fingers, which end in claws instead of fingernails, but no thumb.
To be sure, there is such a race of beings; or at least a race, of which this is one variant. However, there are also: five-foot tall Zetas, seven-foot tall Zetas, Zetas with mushroom-white skin, Zetas with brown skin, Zetas with black skin, Zetas whose large eyes have a thin nictitating membrane which can extend across the eye, Zetas with midnight-blue eyes, Zetas with wispy fine small amounts of hair on their heads, Zetas with four fingers, and Zetas with three or four fingers plus another finger positioned where the human thumb would be, and Zetas whose fingers end with suction-cup-like tips.
Councillor Meata of the Star Nations High Council says that the Tall Zetas, distinguished in size from the Short (3-1/2-foot-tall) Zetas, are very gifted with teaching skills. Indeed, noted author Whitley Streiber describes in his book The Secret School: Preparation For Contact, it is a female Tall Zeta who taught him as a child, along with selected other San Antonio, Texas small children, at night in a wooded grove as a kind of educational group close encounter.
There have also been Star Visitors reported who have a large process of folds along the back of their heads, a series of deep creases or crevices along the top of the head, sloping down forward towards the front, and with a strongly-pronounced brow- ridge above the eyes.
Are these twelve different races; or variants based on evolving in different climactic zones on one planet? Does this represent racial variation within inhabited planets in one star system? Or are these variations which occur within one cluster of star systems? Or does the Zeta genotype tend to appear in many different star systems, on some planets, along with other races, on other planets, within those same star systems? The truth is, we do not know. Or at least that information has not been released to the public. Thus, we are still at the stage of gathering information on the various different types of intelligent lifeforms visiting our planet.
Another source of variation even within what is apparently one race is clothing. Many experiencers report that their Zeta visitors wore no clothes. Others have seen Zetas wearing long robes and hoods over their heads. Others have seen crews where both versions of attire, as well as close-fitting jumpsuits, were in evidence. Yet Zetas are not the only ones wearing robes.
Councillor Meata of the Star Nations’ High Council says that the Zeta are renown for their working with energy of various forms. They also excel at gathering information, and the Star Ntions rely on their reports in addition to those gathered from the Watchers, (Star Visitors human and Walk-In volunteers on Earth who compile information about what is going on with the planet and with human society.
Another race of Star Visitors is the 4-to-5 1/2-foot tall Being, with a somewhat large head (by comparison with the human head) but not as proportionally large as the Zetas, and who has somewhat large (but smaller than the Zetas) dark oval eyes, spindly frame and limbs, and a hand with three long, cartilaginous, bone-less fingers, which end with neither claw nor suction-cup, but rather "ordinary" fingertip shape, except that their fingers do not taper.
A more distinctive kind of Star Visitor is the "Praying Mantis type" race. These Beings have long, narrow faces, with long, narrow, large eyes, sharply slanted upward and outward in an almost narrow-V position, given an almost insect-like appearance. This comparison is heightened by the Praying-Mantis types' extremely thin, long torsos, long, extremely-thin arms which are usually crooked into a sharp bend at the mid-joint, with the hand and fingers/mitten sloping almost vertically downward from the "wrist", and legs also bent at an almost right-angle at the mid-joint, creating a crouched pose. The overall effect is the characteristic "Praying Mantis" look. It should be noted that experiencers feel that this type is no insect, but rather an intelligent, gentle-spirited, but somewhat "hyper" and jerky-moving, human-like lifeform. There are both males and females. Star Nations Councillor Meata says that the Praying Mantis beings are gifted with the Spiritual Teachings, and visit Humans particularly when this kind of help is needed to be shared. These beings often are called Angels by people because they wear garments that are very shiny.
Another race is the so-called "Reptilians", or "Reptoids", although I note again that there is no implication in these descriptors of anything other than of intelligent, communicative persons. What distinguishes these "Reptilian" Star Visitors is their skin, which has small, fine scales, rather than smooth, their face, which has larger-than- human yellowish-green eyes variously described as with a vertical slit or "starburst"-shaped pupil, the eyes often oval, and an almost snout-like blunt process in the area of the nose and mouth, giving this type an almost dragon-like humanoid appearance.
The Reptoids have very powerful emotional energy, sometimes so strong that, as one experiencer described it, “it can almost floor you. But they are so sensitive and kind. And they have hearts the size of Texas.”
Another group of Star Visitors for convenience, I call the "Jawas", after their resemblance to the creatures in the film, Star Wars. This group is distinguished by their clothing. They wear hoods and robes, are generally short (three to four-and-a-half feet tall), and their faces are concealed by the shadows thrown by their hoods. Sometimes there is a much taller hooded and robed one on board the UFO, who often stands to the Experiencer's left as s/he lies on the Visitor medical examining table. This Tall One appears to direct the procedures, and often is the one who telepathically communicates with the Experiencer. A few Experiencers have noted glowing eyes under the "Jawas'" hoods. Other Experiencers have reported that when they got a glimpse of the being whose face was shadowed by the hood, it was a type of Zeta. Still others saw neither glowing eyes nor Zetas under the hoods, but rather never could distinguish the features in the shadows of the hoods. Councillor Meata of the Star Nations High Council says that the “Jawas” often serve as the “mechanics”, and are noted for their expertise with technology.
There are often mixed- race crews on the UFO's. In such cases there could be "Jawas" or "Praying Mantis" types or "Reptoids" or Zetas, joining in a coordinated effort in carrying out scientific or medical tasks.
A few Experiencers have noted robot-like figures, whose movements and "vibes" (or rather lack thereof) strongly suggest that these are robots sent remotely by the Star Visitors to observe, reconnoiter, and possibly retrieve objects. However, I have not encountered any reports of robots actually interfacing with humans to accomplish communication, or to remove the human to their craft for scientific examination. The robot-like figures appear to be relegated to the more impersonal tasks of information-gathering and stealthy surveillance, without the risk to the Star Visitors that they would otherwise run of possibly encountering responses from hostile humans.
My research has also come up with a goodly number of reports of "Humanoids", "Blondes", "Nordics", or "Pleideans" Star Visitors almost indistinguishable from humans. Indeed, Native American and other indigenous people's traditions point to their origin from the worlds of these human-looking Visitors in the Pleiades, Sirius, Orion and other star systems. If you were to place a pair of sunglasses on one of these "Nordic" Visitors, they would be indistinguishable from a Scandinavian-American citizen. Councillor Meata of the Star Nations High Council says that the Pleiadeans are especially gifted in medicine. When people are brought onto "ships" for physical body work, healers like the Pleiadeans work with them.
Former USAF Airman Charles Hall describes an extraterrestrial race he calls the Tall Whites. This race originates from a location near the star Arcturus. These Tall Whites are in adulthood around six feet in height and have generally humanoid features. They have blond hair, generally worn short, and the women tend to wear their hair in a feminine form of short cut. They are blue-eyed, and have larger-than-human eyes which wrap part-way around the side of their head. The Tall Whites otherwise look quite human, except that their skin is a chalky-white in color. They have hands with four fingers, the tips of which do not end in finger nails but rather in harder, two-inch-long claw-like appendages.
The typical clothing of the Tall Whites is an aluminized, chalk-white jump suit of canvas-looking fabric. They also wear gloves of the same material, and an open, white, motorcycle-like helmet. Both the suit and the helmet emit a three-inch-out field of soft-white flourescent light. The intensity of this emitted light can be varied from soft to too bright to look at without strain.
These Tall Whites have very high intelligence and an information-processing speed which Mr. Hall estimates at 3-1/2 times faster than bright humans. The Tall Whites's technology is equally advanced. One element of their technology is a transporter suit which they put on which provides personal antigravity levitation and above-ground movement, as well as force-field protection against attacks, e.g., would slow a bullet to where it would fall to the ground.
Another element of their technology is their spacecraft. They operate smaller scout ships which can transport a limited number of individuals. And then they have deep-space vessels than can travel between star systems. Their scout craft are white in color, ellipsoidal or egg-shaped, with a molded flat bottom. It has a row of large windows on each side, sort of like an airplane. Its size is comparable to that of a passenger train's diesel engine, and has two windows in front much like a train diesel engine. The range of these scout craft permit travel as far as the Moon or even Mars. But not deep space.
Their deep-space vessels are very large, sleek, black antigravity craft, 70 feet high, 300 feet wide, and 500 feet long. These vessels also have pilot windows, as well as have regularly-spaced running lights along their edges. Their range extends out many light years into space. Their top speed exceeds the speed of light by a considerable margin.
Airman Hall also reported a human-like race, the Saami, that migrated from Barnard’s Star are are resident in the Saami (Lapland) region above the Arctic Circle in Scandinavia. These Hall dubbed the “Norwegians”. They are distinguished from regular humans by their having only 24 teeth, instead of the normal-human 32 teeth. Also, these Saami people can regrow a tooth to replace adult tooth which has been removed. Otherwise they are indistinguishable from humans. Some of these Saami migrated to the U.S. and live in northern-tier states such as Wisconsin.
Zulu history also tells a story of a white-skinned man and a woman coming down from the sky on a cloud and alighting upon a hilltop. These people were white and shiny with hair of gold and wearing shiny clothes. Their huts are thatched with shining grass. Their village was said to be lit by a mightier light than any on this world.
Former National Security Council consultant-scientist Dr. Michael Wolf has described people from the Altair Aquila star system who are virtually indistinguishable from humans. He worked with one, Anon Sa Ra, a Star visitor consultant scientist.
Wolf also described a race dubbed the "Semitics", of average height and a generally human-like appearance, except for their very large hooked nose. "This was the race which landed at Holloman Air Force Base, [New Mexico, in the Sixties], and conversed with some generals there."
Dr. Wolf called the human-like race he worked with the “Nordics”, and these are different from Airman Hall’s Tall Whites. Wolf said, "The Semitics and Nordics come from Altair 4 and 5 and from the Pleiades." Whereas, Hall identifies the home world of the Tall Whites as near the Arcturus star system.
I have also encountered reports where the Experiencer believed that the Star Visitor s/he was dealing with appeared to be a human. However, in some cases, this turned out to be an Star Visitor-imposed mental visualization in the mind of the experiencer, the so-called "screen memory". Upon closer looking, the experiencer was able to see the actual nonhuman face of the Star Visitor behind the mentally-imposed "human" mask.
My favorite variation of this mental cloaking experience occurred to one experiencer who believed she was encountering a human "spaceman". I invited the Experiencer to look closely and carefully at the face of the "human spaceman". When she did so, she suddenly was startled. "Oh, my", she said," It's not a human after all. It's one of those Grays." Other details made me suspect we were still not done. I suggested she study closely the face of her Zeta visitor. Startled, she could see that it was a "Reptoid" who had previously cloaked himself mentally as a Zeta.
Another Star Visitor racial type described are the short, chubby "Dwarf" Star Visitors, with round pudgy faces. They seem to be relegated to doing the menial chores during a contact.
Dr. Michael Wolf also shared the information that the cetaceans (dolphins and whales) were seeded here long ago, are highly intelligent, telepathic, and social, and have their origin as a star species.
Another race here which has its origin in the stars is the group variously called the Bigfoot, Yeti, Sasquatch, and the “Abominable Snowman”. Jack “Kewaunee” Lapsertios, M.S., author of “The Psychic Sasquatch”, told me that these beings are very hairy and muscular yet intelligent humanoids, telepathic, social, but very avoidant of humans, unless they gradually learn there is one they can trust not to harm them.
Yet another race is what could be dubbed the Bird People. This group’s most pronounced feature is a broad, downward-sloping proboscis, somewhat like an oversize broad bird beak or flexible dolphin beak, with the mouth underneath the beak. These Visitors have graceful ovoid heads, and long thin necks. They have thin, horizontal, slit-like eyes with dark pupils. They are telepathic, kind- hearted, and powerful healers and teachers.
Then there are the light beings, the energy beings, and the pure, disembodied consciousness beings. The light and energy beings do not have a solid, three-dimensional body, but rather their presence is marked by the presence of an ill-defined mass of light or other energy. In the case of the pure consciousness beings, the only signal of their presence is the onset of telepathic contact, and, occasionally, their influence on something in the local environment.
Undoubtedly, many more races could be described. We as humans are challenged by intelligent life that looks so different from us, a challenge which can be disturbing. But it can also remind us that the Source of All is myriad in its expression of lifeforms, including intelligent lifeforms, across the vast Universe. Only the most anthropocentric would be offended by the Supreme Source's creation of intelligence in other anatomical packages. And, indeed, Star Visitor messages tell us that we are that special variant mix of intelligent life: part-Earth primate, part-Star Visitor intelligent lifeform.
Thus, when any of us has an encounter with a Star Visitor, we truly are meeting our "distant cousins".

Addendum: My Research Findings About the Star Visitors
My research findings are that the universe is an extremely broad place, harboring countless myriad of intelligent life forms at various stages of evolution, intellectual and moral development. It is obvious that in such a universe there would be and are intelligent beings at levels of development as primitive as we are, and even lesser developed. To cut to the chase, it does not matter how many civilizations are ahead of us in development, at roughly equal level, or behind us in development. As a practical matter, what counts is the societies which are in contact with Earth.
Fortunately for Earth, we have been contacted by member societies of the Star Nations, a broad coalition all of whose members subscribe to the metaphysical, spiritual and moral principles of the 11 Universal Laws and the 11 Spiritual Laws of the cosmos.

Because these societies adhere to this set of principles, their interaction with Earth is careful, moral and just, and has as its objective the fostering of our development past the crucial faltering stage we are in.
So, to review the obvious corollaries: Are there civilizations out in space less developed, as aggressive, as territorial, as overreaching, as some on Earth? Yes, there are. Luckily for us, the Star Nations provide a cordon of protection for Earth, so that we do not have to deal with such societies.
One cannot arrive at a correct understanding of the civilizations of space by extrapolating from Earth experience. In Anthropology this is called the anthropomorphic fallacy: imputing to others thoughts and behaviors based on our own cultural set. "As above, so below" doesn't work. We are not the universal template for the cosmos. Rather, the proper approach is the scientific approach is based on dispassionate and careful evaluation of genuine evidence. The evidence amassed by the community of behavioral scientists specializing in this area is that we are in contact with more developed benign races.
The basic course in Logic teaches to reject the Reduction-To-Absurdity Fallacy. So, to posit that if Star Visitors are not as underdeveloped as we are, "the rest of the universe must be inhabited only by saints and angels" is such a reductio ad absurdum. The clear evidence from those who have had actual, genuine contact and communication with the Star Visitors indicates that they also face challenges, sometimes have divergent points of view that they must then discuss and endeavor to resolve. The members of the Star Nations have feelings, hopes, aspirations, feel pain, mourn loss, suffer disappointment. No life is immune from struggle and karma. The search for evidence in an arena such as Star Visitors contact with humans is complicated, laced as it is by deliberately planted disinformation, human deceit and treachery, attention-seeking pseudo-victims and "channelers", planted "ufologists" actually working for the UFO Cover-Up organization, and deliberately deceptive stealth kidnappings by rogue units who then abuse, drug and hypnotically reprogram their victims to either misremember their ordeal as an "alien abduction", or not remember it at all but instead carry around in their mind false information and programming to be assumed as their own thinking. In such a deliberately confusing smoke-and-mirrors environment it is easy to become misled. And many do.
When Cabal operatives plant stories and supposed "government leaks" about ill-intentioned "aliens" seducing the government with offers of advanced weapons technology in exchange for government permission for experimentation on humans, such lurid tales betray their origin as the projections of rogue military intelligence. The above propaganda story is a complete distortion of the facts.
The actual facts are that Star Visitors of the Star Nations have made contact with certain governmental officials, as well as millions of ordinary citizens. As documented by Dr. Michael Wolf of the NSC, USAF Colonel Steve Wilson and others, Star Visitors have both requested Earth governments to prepare and then inform their people about Star Nations contact and communication; and have meanwhile offered assistance to Human scientists in advancing Human understanding in astronomy, physics, biology, medicine, electronics, philosophy, cosmology, spirituality, etc. This assistance is benign, and intended as a sign of good faith and intentions. Over the decades Humans have made spectacular advances in medicine, communications, science and engineering as a result of this information sharing. The Star Visitors are not to blame if certain rogue military and Cabal operatives steal and misapply some of these benign technologies to weapons purposes.
The visits some Star Visitors make which involve scientific and medical procedures have various purposes. In some cases Humans are being upgraded to operate at a higher level physiologically, mentally, and psychically. In other instances the reproductive material of a given person is genetically upgraded so that when that person later goes on to have a child, that child will operate at a much higher level in terms of physical, emotional, mental and psychic development, a Star Kid. In yet other occasions the Star Visitor examine samples of the population to learn about such things as how fast and how far pollution is affecting our bodies and the food we eat. They also check on samples of mental development, attunement to spiritual realities, and current level of moral reasoning. Other visits serve as educational seminars, either individually or in group learning settings. During these educational sessions various things are taught and shown, including scenes of probable futures if Humans continue on their current course, or, in some instances, Star Seed adults and Star Kids are shown important missions which they can decide about taking on.
Why do the Star Visitors intervene? Because they see that Earth is on an extremely dangerous course, facing collapse of ecosystems, nuclear war, biological warfare, continued concentration of power for total domination of fellow humans by the geoplutocratic cartel known as the Cabal, and potential failure to reach our potential as a mature species, constructing and living in a society of high social, moral and spiritual development. Their response is akin to that of fireman paramedics responding to a 911 call about persons unconscious on the floor of a burning house. If the Star Nations act with a sense of urgency, and don't wait for cowardly governments to eventually get around to informing their citizens about official contact, their sense of urgency seems eminently appropriate.

Then there is the matter of societal organization among the Star Nations. Is each culture operating in a freelance way? Or are there overarching organizational structures coordinating the efforts of each with Earth?
An answer comes from one Star Visitor, Neuman, who answers three questions about Star Visitor organization in a dialogue with Marian MacNeil, who in turn provided this transcription.
“Question 1: What is the purpose of the Councils and Federations?”
"The Federations and the Councils within are important frameworks of the advanced Star Visitors. These enable us to have an organized plan as we go about observing and assisting groups of evolving Beings, such as yourselves . . . Terra humans. As species develop into viable Universal beings, we invite groups to join one or more of the Federations. We have more than one Federation. Their representatives are then chosen to maintain the Main overseeing group for Star Visitors. The individual Federations have full control over their group operations.
"You might picture the Main Federation like your UN Security Council, which keeps abreast of the activities of main body of the U.N.. Most Federations have representatives from other Federations. This large network works very well for and in the various dimensions, including the third dimension.
"Before a young species group is admitted into a Federation, the core representatives must approve them. Much research goes into the acceptance of these new species. This observing takes 'time' as you know it, watching many thousands of years for development in physical, mental and very importantly, the Spiritual growth of any species. This facet includes the emotional balance of individuals and as a whole .
"Federations operate in 'sectors' although there is an overlap of sectors. It depends on the 'interests' of each Federation group. Many different species groups are aware of the activities going on, on your Earth planet, not only you humans but all life and the planet itself. We observe and enhance all living creatures from time to time. This takes many, many years of your time awareness.
"Since your humanity's era of the industrial Revolution, your species has changed the aura, should we say, the makeup, of earth energies and other life forms on your planet. The extinction of many species shows that the changes disrupted the energies so those species could no longer survive on the planet. Not good.
"Your most recent times have been devastating to al life forms. Earth is in a crisis! This shows us that Earth humanity is not progressing in the proper way as a whole. Those you title light workers, and others who are developing positive awareness, are observed, assisted and adjusted for future work among the Federations. Earth, herself, is transforming and becoming lighter on many levels. This process releases unwanted 'times', toxins, and negative energies she has been forced to endure over the past several hundreds of years."
"Question 2: What does it mean to be presented before the Councils?”
"As you have stated, My Little One, having the opportunity to be with a Council is an honor for terra humans. It is an honor for the Star Visitor research group monitoring your Spirit Energies. A host of humanity has been presented before a Council. The Council views the truth of one's Spirit, the balancing of actions with missions, the Intention created by the Core of the Spirit evolving while on your planet. As a Being evolves on your planet, we find the original Intention sometimes gets dislodged as the energy forces of the life take over for a time. The key is the budding awareness or awakening. This is what we look for during these individual and group reviews. We view the various energy levels, impart energy to each, give messages and make adjustments by thought transference during those meetings. Even when one is unaware, conscious-wise, a meeting is very valuable to that being. The awakening of consciousness often starts with a review or some other type of experience with the Star Visitors. Councils help Star Visitor 'Guides' in determining when the time is right for individual awakening experiences. Various Councils across the span of the dimensional Universe review many, many groups of young species."
"Question 3: Is humanity a representative of the Star Federations?”
"As these reviews take place over the thousands of years, the various Councils report to the Federations the basic 'Missions' of the individual groups of beings, whether it is technical or more Spiritual, and the progress made, or not made. These observations show which Federation will benefit by the inclusion of that specific species into that specific Federation. It is not until the young group has found the positive, peaceful balance between technology and 'Spiritology', is that group able to join any Federation. Until inclusion, we allow only observation of the younger groups. Adjustments, total awareness (disclosure) and acceptance of total reality is available to these young groups as they evolve. The reviews include still unaware individuals which are basic 'representatives' of your humanity. Until they include the group in a Federation, individuals of a group do not represent the Federation.

I am struck with the synchronicity of the emergence of the book, "Raechel's Eyes" revealing what went on at Area 51 decades ago about ambassadorial hospitality offered various visiting Star Beings and Zeta hybrids, at about the same time that Charles James Hall was Weather Range Officer at Indian Wells Auxiliary Air Force Station about 95 miles south of Area 51, also at the Nellis Air Force Range. Hall tells of his contacts with Tall White humanoid Star Visitors on the IWAAFS ranges, in his book, "Millenial Hospitality".

Recent communication exchange with former USAF Airman Charles J. Hall, author of the "Millennial Hospitality" trilogy, coupled with content revealed in his books, brings forth the following interesting revelations.
There exists an extraterrestrial race whom Mr. Hall has called the Tall Whites. This race originates from a location near but behind the Arcturus star system.
These Tall Whites are in adulthood around six feet in height and have generally humanoid features. They have blond hair, generally worn short, and the women tend to wear their hair in a feminine form of short cut. They are blue-eyed, and have larger-than-human eyes which wrap part-way around the side of their head. The Tall Whites otherwise look quite human, except that their skin is a chalky-white in color.
They have hands with four fingers, which do not end in finger nails but rather in harder, two-inch-long claw-like appendages.
The typical clothing of the Tall Whites is an aluminized, chalk-white jump suit of canvas-looking fabric. They also wear gloves of the same material, and an open, white, motorcycle-like helmet.
Both the suit and the helmet emit a three-inch-out field of soft-white flourescent light. The intensity of this emitted light can be varied from soft to too bright to look at without strain.
These Tall Whites have very high intelligence and an information-processing speed which Mr. Hall estimates at 3-1/2 times faster than bright humans. The Tall Whites's technology is advanced.
One element of their technology is a transporter suit which they put on which provides personal antigravity levitation and above-ground movement, as well as force-field protection against attacks, e.g., would slow a bullet to where it would fall to the ground.
Another element of their technology is their spacecraft. They operate smaller scout ships which can transport a limited number of individuals. And then they have deep-space vessels than can travel between star systems.
Their scout craft are white in color, ellipsoidal or egg-shaped, with a molded flat bottom. It has a row of large windows on each side, sort of like an airplane. Its size is comparable to that of a passenger train's diesel engine, and has two windows in front like such a train diesel engine. The range of these scout craft permit travel as far as the Moon or even Mars. But not deep space.
Their deep-space vessels are very large, sleek, black antigravity craft, 70 feet high, 300 feet wide, and 500 feet long. These vessels also have pilot windows, as well as have regularly-spaced running lights along their edges. Their range extends out many light years into space. Their top speed exceeds the speed of light by a considerable margin. Yes, Einstein was wrong about that.
The Tall Whites in their interactions with humans often carry stun devices for protection, eight-inch-long white tubes which can emit a microwave beam that can excite the sodium atoms in the nervous system of a threatening human and render the human unconscious for a limited period of time.
A contingent of Tall Whites have been resident in the Indian Springs Valley region of central Nevada since before the first Euro-American settlers moved west.
These Tall Whites have found Earth to be a convenient way-station in their travels within this sector of the galaxy. As Charles Hall explains it, Earth's sun is located in the middle of a very large, 10-light-year-diameter almost-empty section of the galaxy. Most stars occur in groups, with another star within two light-months distance. Thus, for civilizations living on star systems near this near-empty space "bubble", Earth serves as a handy mid-way rest, supply and repair station.
The Tall Whites have established a residential location within French Peak, about 25 miles north-northwest of Indian Springs Auxiliary Air Force Station, Nevada. They also have a main base and space vehicle repair facility which is also built into the side of a hill at the north end of Indian Springs Valley, not too many miles from their residential location.
When Tall Whites deep-space vessels approach Earth from space, they make an initial landing at Dog Bone Lake, 25 miles east of French Peak on the Nellis Air Force Range, Nevada. Then they make a lateral transition to the main hanger, where huge doors part to admit the vessel, then re-close.
Presidents (including LBJ), select top Senators and Congressmembers, and select Generals and Admirals are aware of, and have actually met Tall Whites, either at carefully-arranged events in Washington, DC, or on the Nellis Air Force Base Range, Nevada.
The Tall Whites have made arrangements with the U.S. government at the highest levels to have their central-Nevada facilities undisturbed. In exchange they provide advanced scientific and technological information which has permitted rapid advances in science and technology on Earth. Some of their scientists work as technical consultants at advanced laboratory installations, including northern California, Nevada, and elsewhere.
The Tall Whites facilities in central Nevada serve as locale for Visitors from other star system to come and study the English language and American culture. These Visitors aree intensely curious about life and customs on Earth.

Helen Littrell, along with co-author Jean Bilodeaux, provides parallel and corroborative information in her new book, "Raechel's Eyes". This book tells the gripping story of how a compassionate Air Force officer on a Perimeter Security Team befriended a Zeta Reticulan survivor, who happened to be a Zeta-human hybrid teenage girl. The Zeta Reticuli star system is seen from Earth's southern hemisphere, and is about 39 light-years distant.
The book chronicles his subsequent daring experiment, authorized by the National Security Council through the Air Force's Aerospace Technical Information Command, to adopt this hybrid, now dubbed "Raechel", and let her try out living a normal life as a college student at Lost River College in California, while living as a roommate with the author's daughter, Marisa. Her adoptive Colonel "father" was stationed at an Air Force Base near his adoptive daughter's college.
"Raechel's Eyes" also provides an accurate picture, minus the usual disinformation in such matters, as to what really goes on below the surface of the heretofore undisclosed "Four Corners" base, which is sister to and apparently north of the better-known Area 51 Complex in the central Nevada desert.
"Four Corners", (which is misleadingly not anywhere near the real U.S. Southwest Four Corners area), is actually a U.S. Government-run Star Visitor Reception Area and Ambassadorial Interface Facility for representatives from the Intergallactic Council. And it also serves as a cultural integration and tutoring place for those Star Visitors who want to fit in and be able to walk around and observe Earth while passing for human. This latter effort is called the Humanization Project.
"Raechel's Eyes" closely parallels information about the underground activity at Area 51, leaked by Army Command Sergeant-Major Robert Dean, the NSC's Dr. Michael Wolf, former [Area 51] Site S-4 physicist Robert Lazar, and USAF "Project Pounce" head, Colonel Steve Wilson.
I believe that all Star Kids and Star Seeds will find the day-to-day struggle of hybrid Raechel, and of the Tall Whites residing at Indian Wells Valley, to try to get accepted in the human world to be an Nth-degree case of the basic struggle so many Star Kids (and Star Seed adults) experience in trying to define themselves, and be openly who they are without the rejection, ridicule and avoidance too many humans dish out to someone who is different. And different can be Zeta-human hybrid, Tall White passing for human with disguise, or a human Star Kid or Star Seed whose advanced abilities "just aren't normal".
As "regular" humans learn to accept their own children, the Star Kids, perhaps this will accelerate the day when the public is ready to accept the Zeta-human hybrid "Raechels" and Tall White "Harry's" of the galaxy as just other people here to visit.

"I do believe that in the 1965 - 1967 time frame, the Tall Whites did have an additional scout craft hanger and rest area located near the top of French Peak, because I frequently saw them in their scout craft entering and leaving the valley below French Peak and entering Indian Springs valley.
"Also the range maintainence men told me on many occasions that the Tall Whites had such a hanger and they frequently observed them when they were up on the mountain.
"Remember, as described in book II, the Tall Whites had several such scout craft hangers and rest areas located in the northern portion of the Indian Springs valley, in addition to their base and main hanger.
"However, I, myself, never actually saw the Tall Whites up on French Peak, partly because I very very seldom went over to that valley, and the mountain was not visible from Range #3.
"The French Peak site, however, in 1965-1967 was not their main housing area. The mountains at the north end of Indian Springs Valley have two main peaks. The main housing area for the Tall Whites was located underground where I have indicated it on the maps. That peak was the peak located immediately north-north-west of the peak that contained the main hanger.
"Remember that there still exists a significant number of my personal experiences that I have not yet captured on paper or verbally described, for various reasons.
"For example the UASF captain and pilot of the twin engine Cessina plane that came out from the Pentagon at the end of every month, did not stop at French Peak. He did not stop at Area 51 or at Groom Lake. He landed on the short runways located in the valley north of the main Tall White hanger and landed again at the short runway located at the base of the alien housing area.
"He also made a third langing up in that vicinity, before returning to Indian Springs to refuel.
"I have no idea what the status of French Peak or the Indian Springs facilities are today.
"However, in the 1965-1967 time frame, the Tall White facilities and their locations were so excellent, allowing their deep space craft to arrive using Dog Bone Lake as an arrival/landing area, I wouldn't think that they would easily agree to any changes.
[Regarding the Tall Whites Star Visitors' hand and fingers], about which I (Richard Boylan) had asked whether they have hands with four fingers, and whether they end not in finger nails but rather in harder, two-inch-long claw-like appendages?, Charles Hall replies:
"The claws were probably artifical and worn for self defense. I was never sure.
"One night when I was out at Range #3, I saw the Teacher standing with her arms crossed with her hands resting on her upper arms. On that evening, she was certainly wearing 2-inch long claws. On a different evening, I saw her in DownTown Las Vegas outside the Hotel Fremont and Casino. On that evening she was disguised as a human woman, and she was definitely not wearing claws.
"The Tall Whites are quite frail by human standards. Their arms and hands do not have anywhere near the strangth that human arms and hands have. The wearing of artifical sharp claws would provide them with a set of weapons with which they could defend themselves against bees, hornets, snakes, etc. Such artifical claws would also be quite useful as tools when outside in a Nevada desert environment.
"Incidentally I do not have any problem with the statement, 'Mr. Hall estimates at 3-1/2 times faster than bright humans,' because the best I could do was only to form a rough estimate. However, in Book #1, in the chapter entitled "Olympic Tryouts", I carefully timed Range Four Harry when he was running northwest from the corner of my barracks out into the open desert, and he was running at approximately 35 mph.
"Since the Olympic world record for humans for the mile run is only 15 miles per hour, that would mean the the Tall White alien known as Range Four Harry had a nervous system that was operating at approximately 35/15 = roughly 2 to 2-and-a-half times faster than the human nervous system operates.
"Of course, when I timed myself, the fastest that I could run was just barely 7 miles per hour. So Range Four Harry's nervous system might have been running 35/7 = 5 time faster than mine. I can only guess....
"For example, I do not know where the home planet of the Tall Whites is located, but I feel certain that they arrive here on earth from the direction of the star Arcturus ( book 2, chapter "Olympic Dreams"). I guessed at the time that their home planet orbited a star located approximately 105 light years from earth, whereas Arcturus is located at 36 light years from earth. However, that was only my best guess based on my personal observations at the time. The Tall Whites, themselves, would never say.
"The Teacher stated that Pamela had never been back to their home planet, and that Pamela had been born in Indian Springs Valley when James Madison was President, (i.e. approximately the year 1812), (book III, Chapter "The End of the Innocence.")"

I (Richard Boylan) think it should be emphasized that Charles Hall does not claim that the Tall Whites come from Arcturus, but rather from a location/star system many light years far "behind" Arcturus (from Earth's point-of-view). And that is his conjecture based on comments from the Tall Whites. Thus, I think one should be hesitant to call the Tall Whites "Arcturians".

I am enclosing below an excerpt from Chief Golden Eagle/Standing Elk's 1996 Star Knowledge Conference, because a Speaker there, former Acting Surgeon-General of Finland, Dr. Rauni Kilde, MD, spoke about the Sammi people. This is apropos of Airman Charles Hall's mention of not only the Tall Whites Star Visitors having a resident contingent on Earth, but also that he knew of another humanoid Star Visitor race that he dubbed the "Norwegians" (actually, Laplanders or Sammi people). These Sammi people live above the Arctic Circle in Norway, Finland, Sweden and a northwestern peninsula of Russia. They have their own distinctive language, and traditionally survived by herding reindeer.
They have only 24 teeth instead of the usual 32 found in "regular" humans. Further the Sammi have another set of reserve teeth below the gum-line ready to grow into place if an adult tooth falls out. Their teeth also have much shorter roots than the "regular" human tooth. But Dr. Rauni herself has not been involved in any diagnosis of hypodontia among the Sammi people that she lived among.
Hall heard of some of these "Norwegian" Sammi who emigrated to the United States immigrants, and generally settled in northern-tier states like Wisconsin.
It is fascinating, I think, to learn that a race from the stars who look so much like us that they "pass" undetected, and who calmly reside among us, while Carl Sagan & the SETI Project had been desperately sending radio signals out into space to see if there is any intelligent life out there.

Later the hospital staff could not understand how she survived the crash. Later she remembered Star Visitor contacts as a child living among the Sammi. She reported that there is a change of attitude in Scandinavia and the European Union about cosmic contacts. She hears positive reactions to Star Visitor encounters. In Scandinavia the so-called "Grey" aliens are rare. Most common there are the small, short, wrinkled "Dwarf" Star Visitors. [The Gnomes?] Her country borders Russia, whose cosmonauts were threatened with death if they talked openly about UFO encounters."

Former U.S. Air Force Airman Charles Hall, author of the "Millennial Hospitality" trilogy, has more to reveal about what he learned while serving at Nellis Air Force Base Range proximate to the locations of the resident Tall Whites Star Visitors.
In personal email to me, Charles stated: "During the two and a half years that I spent at Nellis AFB and at Indian Springs, Nevada, I had a significant number of personal experiences that are not related in my three books for various reasons.
"There are at least two groups of such experiences that you will probably wish to discuss with me in person, since I am not able to properly relate them in this short email.
"The first group of experiences are centered on the location of the Tall White facilities located near the peak of French Peak. In the 1965-1967 time frame, I personnally and frequently observed on many separate occasions the tall white scout craft and the tall whites entering and leaving the valley just below French Peak. Several of the range maintaince men at that time informed me that the Tall Whites had at least a scout craft base dug in toward the top of French Peak in addition to their main base at the north end of Indian Springs Valley.
"However, the deep space craft always arrived from space and departed back into space by using Dog Bone [Dry] Lake as their landing, and their deep space approach area. Once the deep space had arrived (or landed ) by hovering out over Dog Bone Lake, the Tall Whites seemed to greatly prefer to bring the deep space directly and immediately to a landing out in front of the main hanger on the mountains where the hanger was located.
"The deep space craft were not very maneuverable once they had arrived here on earth, and the Tall Whites greatly preferred to park it in the main hanger as quickly as they could.
"No matter where their various facilities are located, I would expect that they would still be using Dog Bone Lake as their landing area.
"The second group of experiences are centered on several times that I personnally witnessed the Tall Whites, using their scout craft, with small groups of high ranking American generals on board apparently taking short tours of the Moon. They would do so when the Moon was just a few days past the fourth quarter.
They would take off just after sunrise from Indian Springs Valley, head straight towards the sunlight side of the Moon (which would be directly overhead at the time), and return to Indian Springs Valley just before noon.
"When the American Generals got off the craft they would be laughing like children who were just returning from Disneyland. I feel certain that they had been to the Moon and back.
"I have always believed that the Americans have a base on the Moon possibly located in the crater Ar[i]starchus (? spell ). For that reason, I believe it is entirely possible that high resolution pictures of that area of the Moon also show building, hangers, and other structures which could well be American-Made.

I met with Charles Hall and his gracious wife, Marie Therese, Monday night, December 6, 2004 in San Francisco, where he was attending the Oracle computer convention. (Mr. Hall is a computer consultant now, in addition to having a Master's degree in nuclear physics. He currently holds a Secret Clearance, and in the past has held a Top Secret Clearance as well as a Department of Energy Q Clearance.
We discussed the various matters relating to his experience with the Tall Whites and related matters.
Interestingly, he states that "None of my work at Indian Springs [Auxiliary Air Force Station, Nevada Test Range] was ever classified, although my orders were very highly classified." In our conversation, Mr. Hall explained that the reason his orders assigning him to Indian Springs AAFS were so "very highly classified" is because the interview he had at Nellis Air Force Base before getting assigned to Indian Springs AAFS included Tall Whites Star Visitors as well as Air Force officials as members of the interview team. The Tall Whites Star Visitors wore disguise, but Mr. Hall in retrospect recognized who they were after his exposure to the Tall Whites on the Indian Springs AAFS Ranges.
Mr. Hall indicated he was aware of sensitive installations at Area 51 (Groom Dry Lake Base) and Area 52 (Papoose Dry Lake satellite Base, aka S-4) as well as several other Areas on the Nellis Air Force Base Range. In these latter Areas, the Tall Whites were also present. Mr. Hall never went to the Area 51 facilities nor the S-4 Papoose Lake facilities, because all he would be able to see where the above-ground buildings and entrance doors to within-mountain facilities, which were of minimal interest. And there was always the possibility of a mix-up and getting accosted or worse by guards who were unaware of his special permission to roam the entire NAFB Range (surface).
As regards Air Force generals being taken on one-day round-trip rides to the Moon and back by Tall Whites in the Tall Whites' space vehicles in the time-frame 1965-67, it certainly boggles the mind to know that at that very same time, Air Force Public Information Officers were publicly stoutly discrediting any civilian reports of flying saucers.
Mr. White indicated that there are some things he is not free to talk about, but that he is aware that there are five areas of "gravity anomaly" on the Moon, and strongly hinted that these were related to Star Visitor installations there.

(Parenthetically, I note that NSC consultant Dr. Michael Wolf also told me that the U.S. had a base on the Moon, and a tiny station on Mars.)
(Also, parenthetically, I can now better understand why the Powers That Be threw a royal hissie fit when the UK television documentary, "Alternative Three" came out years ago touting a get-away base on Mars. Though subsequently disowned as "a prank", the documentary came too close to the truth, it would seem.)
Mr. Hall and I also discussed another Star Visitor race that has been resident on Earth for some time, and is represented among the Sammi (Laplanders) people of the northern region of Norway (and adjacent states) above the Arctic Circle. These special "Norwegians" are noted for their having 24 teeth instead of the normal human count of 32. Charles repeated his anecdote about some of these Sammi Star Visitors becoming stranded here after their craft was damaged during the 20 light-year voyage from their home world (perhaps Barnard's Star), and that they could not return, and so settled in a lightly-populated sector of the polar regions, which has a climate similar to their home world.
I told Charles Hall of my finding clinical reports of a high prevalency of hypodontia (fewer-than-normal teeth) among young Sammi adults studied in Scandinavia even despite some amount of intermarriage between the Sammi and European people in Scandinavia.
When I asked Mr. White if he had ever been approached by the equivalent of the Men-In-Black or any other government agents and been told to keep quiet about his experiences, he said he had not.
Thus, I am left to conclude that his being allowed to publish his experiences is another step in the Public Acclimation Program's effort to acquaint and acclimate the American public to not only UFO reality, but also the presence of resident Star Visitors among us. And these "Resident Aliens" do not have Green Cards.

The government's Public Acclimation Program, in passively "allowing" Helen Littrell to come out publicly with her account of her daughter's having been roommates with a Zeta-human hybrid, Raechel, as fellow junior college students, and Raechel's adoptive father, an Air Force Colonel revealing to Helen that the government maintains an undisclosed Nevada base, "Four Corners", at which contingents of Visitors from various star systems around the galaxy are welcomed and provided hospitality, orientation, and education in Earth language and customs; and in "allowing" Charles Hall to tell of almost-daily contacts with the Tall Whites on the Nellis Air Force Base Range, as well as his knowledge of Sammi Star Visitors immigrating to the United States from Norway many decades ago, has substantially raised the bar on what the public is allowed to be aware of.
We have come far from faltering admissions by former Air Force officers that certain UFO photos are authentic.
The well-informed members of today's public can now know that U.S. Air Force generals have been engaging in junkets to the Moon aboard Star Visitor-manned space craft since almost forty years ago.
The well-informed public is now allowed also to know from a retired military serviceman that the Star Visitors are not only visiting, but some of them are in residence here, and some of these Visitors have been resident on Western American soil since before the white man came.
The Sci-Fi movie poster says, "We are among you." Only it isn't science fiction.
And just think: no War of the Worlds has happened!

There are many presentations on television, in UFO magazines, and on the Internet purporting to describe what “aliens” are like, and the purpose of their contact with Earth. These vary widely. Many of these presentations are sensationalistic, and intentionally so. Because emotional “voltage” sells, and many in the media are interested only in what sells, it is often the most lurid and macabre tales about “ETs” that are presented by producers and editors.
Other media presentations are propaganda pieces, placed in the media by the Cabal of ultra-rich-controllers behind the UFO Cover-Up. Since the Cabal has enormous international wealth at its disposal, it has the funds and influence to make sure that the vast majority of presentations which make it to public view are negative in tone. Their thinking is that if they can’t sell you the lie that “UFOs don’t exist”, then their fall-back strategy is to convince you that “they are evil mean invaders.” So, the presentations they finance and promote feature the Star Visitors as torturers, plotters and monsters.
The media presentations which are actually truthful are the result of some producers’ careful sifting of the facts from creative fantasy and disinformation, and relying on scientific research by qualified professionals who have devoted themselves to the specialized field of Star Visitor-human encounters. The producers who care about truth above emotional “voltage”, who are smart enough to get help from real experts to sift truth from fiction and disinformation, and who are courageous enough to push their production through despite opposition from the Cabal’s henchmen in the media, are in the minority. But their work is wonderful, illuminating and exciting. Think of "ET", "Close Encounters of the Third Kind", "Star Man", and even "The Day the Earth Stood Still".
How do persons who want to find and present the truth about Star Visitor-human encounters get the real facts? Where can they go to get reality instead of disinformation?
In researching encounters with Star Visitors, the only “evidence” available to study is from the witnesses, the human persons actually experiencing the Star Being visit.
And the only really qualified researchers of persons reporting extraterrestrial encounters are researchers with professional behavioral-science education, training and experience. Thus, the only experts are the psychologists, psychiatrists, psychotherapists and hypnotherapists who actually have a sub-specialty in working with experiencers of Star Visitor-human encounters. These are the professionals who have educated themselves sufficiently about UFO and Star Visitor matters to have the necessary information for working with experiencers.
As Board Member and past Officer of the Academy of Clinical Close Encounter Therapists, I have had the opportunity to talk to hundreds of such professionals involved in this kind of highly-specialized work with those having Star Visitor encounters. In so doing, I do not find credible reports of low-life aliens from these professionals, nor from the experiencers they have worked with. On the contrary, the reports coming from these professionals describe intelligent, wise, compassionate, interested Star Visitors, who want what is best for our world and theirs.
My analysis, shared by Drs. John Mack, R. Leo Sprinkle, Edith Fiore, Rauni Kilde, Gilda Moura, Ruth Hover, et al., is based on the experiences of those Humans whom the Star Visitors have interacted with. Actions speak louder than words.
While the theoretical possibility of “evil aliens invaders” may exist, as a practical matter, we do not have to fear such potential visitors. Why? Because the coalition of advanced civilizations making contact with Earth, called Star Nations, have pledged to, and stand prepared to, stop any potential marauder who might decide to drop by this blue planet. This guarantee comes from innumerable statements by Star Visitors to experiencers, from Earth’s indigenous peoples’ ancient oral traditions and Elders’ teachings, and is corroborated by honest government insiders who work with Star Visitors, such as the National Security Council’s Special Studies Group consultant Dr. Michael Wolf, Brigadier General Shadow, and others.
The Star Visitors’ messages contain warnings for us of the dangers we are presenting to ourselves by our unwise ecological, military, social and economic behaviors. Star Visitors provide us with important and useful information for advancing our society and ourselves mentally and spiritually. The Visitors are preparing us (via messages relayed through human experiencers) to socially accept the reality of extraterrestrial contact, and are readying us for later joining the larger community of inhabited worlds.
Remember: the burden of proof is on those propagandists who allege that there are evil extraterrestrial races actually harming Humans. In reality there is no proof. What has been presented as “evidence” are lurid tales found in some UFO magazines and books, and mouthed by Cabal-controlled “experts” on television. These are fictions and distortions. The Star Visitors who interact with humans are benevolent.
Misunderstandings of Star Visitors can sometimes occur due to human tendency to lack understanding of very different cultures and personality styles. As anthropologists know, in dealing with culturally very different human groups on Earth, it is incorrect to judge the culturally-different group by the cultural standards of one's own culture. Even in America there are people who put down another ethnic group because they think/talk/behave differently than we do.
Some Star Visitor races are here to teach, some here to guide, some to heal, some to advance us culturally, some to advance us biologically, some to study us, some to passively observe and learn, some to take samples of our flora and fauna, some to stand guard to protect us, or to protect space from our plutonium-contaminated space probes and space weapons systems.
None are here to invade, none are here to kill, none are here to intimidate, none are here to experiment, none are here to take over.
To recap: people from the less-evolved cultures on other planets are not permitted by Star Nations to roam the galaxy freely and cause havoc on vulnerable planetary populations such as Earth. That is the reason why we have been assigned Watchers since our earliest times: to protect us while we grow up as a species. The Star Visitors also have genuine interest and concern for our positive evolution and development.
Bottom line: there are some violent predatory civilizations in other solar systems in space. However, Star Nations has established a protective cordon around Earth, so that any evil-intentioned occasional visitor is turned away before he can reach Earth. All we ever see and interact with are the morally-advanced members of Star Nations.
This reality is in marked contrast to the rampant disinformation peddled by the Cabal’s “assets”, who include such propagandists as “ex”-CIA operative John Lear, Jr., “ex-“Naval Intelligence operative “Wild Bill" Cooper, the Cabal team of Budd Hopkins and David Jacobs, “ex”-CIA operative Derrel Sims, “ex”-Air Force Intelligence operative John “Val Valerian” Grace, and others.
As for Cabalista Zecharin Sitchin’s tales of all-too-human-like “Annunaki”, Sitchin published his interpretation of some Sumerian legends about early contact with Visitors from the stars. Unfortunately, Sitchin tends to present Sumerian legends as though they were transcripts from the New York Times. Actually, ancient Near East literature in its cultural context reflects the faulty understandings and distortions of primitive people faced with sky visitors they thought were “gods”, and then in the countless retellings of these visits, ascribing to the Star Visitors the arrogant, ruthless and scheming qualities of their own human rulers. Thus the legends warped earlier events into almost unrecognizable tales, as these stories got passed down. Some Sumerian language experts hold that Sitchin took liberties with the translation and interpretation of what the original cuneiform text said. The basic premise which Sitchin started from is fact: that Sumerians acknowledged contact from Visitors from the stars who helped establish the foundation for a Human civilization. The rest of Sitchin’s tales, the drama about lust, jealousy and wars, are cultural trappings added on by deceived Sumerian scribes. These scribes were confused when accounts of the original activity of the Zeta bioengineers perfecting the Homo Sapiens recipe got mixed up with the intrusions by Cabal types reincarnating from the Atlantis civilization they had destroyed, and were then trying to dominate, impress, and oppress the Sumerian peasants with advanced knowledge and technology they remembered and recreated from the Atlantean times. These Sumer-era Cabal ruler-priests passed themselves off as gods come down from the sky [ Annunaki ]. Sitchin’s interpretation of the confused Sumerian legends as literal fact can be ignored, including his putting forth sensationalistic scare stories about a supposed inhabited “Marduk”/ ”Niburu”/ Planet X heading ominously for Earth, (more Cabal psychological-warfare propaganda).
Some of the lurid reports being palmed off on the public as examples of “alien misbehavior” are actually the result of secret psychological warfare operations (MILABS) by Cabal mercenary para-military units. Let’s look at these deceptive operations.
Cabal rogue mercenary units, often pretending to be military, kidnap civilians without any legal authorization or justification. These MILABS units drug and/or hypnotize those they kidnap, often experiencers, then deliberately intimidate, interrogate, physically abuse, and even gang-rape these victims. The Cabal mercenaries use brainwashing drugs to create drug-induced hypnosis, and then implant a false memory about the horrific experience as an “alien abduction”.
There are eight ways in which false tales about supposed “terrible alien encounters” arise.
1. MILABS, Type 1. Cabal operatives capture and mistreat a victim, then drug and hypnotize her, or stage a costumed fake scene for her/him so as to create the false impression that the victim’s Military Abduction (MILABS) ordeal was an "alien abduction".
2. MILABS, Type 2. Cabal operatives using psychic, 3-D ultra-real holographic, or psychotronic devices, stage a horrific abduction experience, which the victim then believes was real. Also, operatives will wear “alien” costumes or even shape-shift into an “alien” to convince the kidnaped victim that “aliens” are the ones tormenting her. In some cases, Human hybrids, created by the Cabal to look extraterrestrial, and Cabal-controlled, pretend to be Star Visitors and behave in terrorizing ways.
3. Some horror stories arise when the person reporting the “negative experience with an alien” is a paid, or coerced, or mind-controlled patsy for the Cabal propaganda campaign, and is basically making it up.
4. Some “negative” stories are the result of incompetent, non-professional amateur (or undercover Cabal) UFO investigators dabbling in brainwashing pseudo-"counseling" of experiencers, and misuse hypnosis, so that the experiencer ends up confused, reprogrammed, and unnecessarily left feeling a victim.
5. Some distorted stories occur when psychologically-unstable persons have a jumbled partial memory of an actual encounter with a Star Visitor, but because of pre-existing deep psychiatric disturbance, they misinterpret and misperceive the innocent behaviors of strange-looking but well-intentioned Star Visitors as non-existent “abuse and intimidation”.
6. Some negative reports come from persons who have only very-partial recall of an actual encounter, and initially only remember the uncertainty and fear feelings. But after getting professional hypnotic recall and recapturing the entire memory of the encounter, events fall into a sensible and non-threatening context, and the experience is judged by the experiencer as positive, important and worthwhile, and they no longer feel mistreated.
7. Some adverse reports come from people who are extremely psychologically-rigid, and don't want their comfortable, rigid little universe upset, or their daily life routine intervened with, by anyone, and who see an encounter as an extreme annoyance. They miss the point and significance of visitation by beings from the stars. These rigid people resent anyone doing anything that is outside their status quo. Thus they resent the Star Being’s visit like they resent anything else that differs from their routine, and say so.
8. Rarely, a negative story comes from a person who actually is interacting with a ghost, poltergeist, or mischievous elemental spirit-force of the Earth. When the Human has an experience which is frightening or jarring, the person may then mistake their experience as being with a Star Visitor.
My positive evaluation of the Star Visitors does not rest principally only on information provided by government, military, and intelligence insiders like Dr. Michael Wolf, or Command Sergeant-Major Bob Dean, or Brigadier General Shadow, but rather on my work with many hundreds of (actual) encounter experiencers, as well as the findings of the other truly-qualified therapists working with experiencers. It also rests on the behavioral profile of the Star Visitors themselves, not to mention conclusions drawn from my own interactions with them.
The Cabal possess confidential information about who the people are who were visited (experiencers), and where they live. And the Cabal have sent their Men-in-Black, or men in “alien” costumes, to visit, terrorize, and confuse as many experiencers, Star Seeds, and other targets as they can.
The huge vast majority of persons experiencing a Star Visitor encounter are astounded, intrigued, and end up feeling privileged and honored; and regard that experience as one of the most important things that ever happened to them. But the Cabal doesn't want that impression to get out, despite the hundreds of professional therapists actually working with experiencers ready to make such reports. Therefore the Cabal present a propaganda-skewed assortment of selected false "cases".
Realize also that the media hugely misrepresent the encounter experience by taking a relative handful of those false and distorted stories and presenting them as though they were "representative" of everyone's experience. They aren’t.
By the time all of these propaganda efforts are given generously-funded publicity, it is no wonder that some of the public have been successfully hoodwinked into fearing Star Visitors. This is the level of evil, distortion and treachery that the Cabal repressing UFO truth goes to in order to protect their monopoly on highly-advanced extraterrestrial technology recovered from UFO crashes: a monopoly which has brought them trillions of dollars in profits over the last four-plus decades.
So, when you next read an article or watch a television presentation which purports to describe a Star Visitor-human encounter, you have to ask yourself: Is it propaganda, is it Hollywood, is it fantasy, or is it the truth?

THE VARIOUS KINDS OF STAR VISITORSby

Race distinguishes various Star Visitors of decidedly different appearances, or from different planets of origin even if similar in appearance.
More research into exo-biology, (the science of Star Visitor life's physical structure and processes), and exo-anthropology (the study of off-world cultures) will help us understand better the many races of intelligent species with which we are dealing. So would the declassifying of the Government's already considerable covert research on Star Visitor ( exo- ) biology, (such as is going on at NASA's Ames Research Center, Sunnyvale, CA, and at Los Alamos National Laboratories, New Mexico.
Information from a member of Star Nations’ Council informs us that there are 1,483 Star Nations Species who are currently operating within Earth’s energy zone, and/or have operated here in the past. Needless to say, this article will not catalogue them all, but only the ones with whom Humans have had more frequent interaction.
For convenience I shall use the term "race" to distinguish Star Visitors of significantly different anatomical features.
The most common Star Visitor race encountered, the Zetas, has a number of variants. These variations in size and details of appearance may represent origins on different planets. This Zeta race is popularly, and rather imprecisely, called the "Greys". The Zetas are stereotyped, by uninformed or careless writers, as: short, upright, two-legged beings, three-and-a-half feet tall, with grayish- white skin, large, hairless, fetal-shaped heads, with huge, all-black, sloping, almond-shaped eyes without pupils or eyelids, whose eyes wrap around partially towards the temple-area sides of the head, a narrow jaw tapering to almost a V, small nostril holes but no nose, a small, thin, lip-less, horizontal slit for a mouth, thin torsos with no ribs and no genitals evident, long, spindly, but surprisingly strong arms reaching to the knees, similarly long, very thin legs, and hands with three long, non-tapering, joint-less fingers, which end in claws instead of fingernails, but no thumb.
To be sure, there is such a race of beings; or at least a race, of which this is one variant. However, there are also: five-foot tall Zetas, seven-foot tall Zetas, Zetas with mushroom-white skin, Zetas with brown skin, Zetas with black skin, Zetas whose large eyes have a thin nictitating membrane which can extend across the eye, Zetas with midnight-blue eyes, Zetas with wispy fine small amounts of hair on their heads, Zetas with four fingers, and Zetas with three or four fingers plus another finger positioned where the human thumb would be, and Zetas whose fingers end with suction-cup-like tips.
Councillor Meata of the Star Nations High Council says that the Tall Zetas, distinguished in size from the Short (3-1/2-foot-tall) Zetas, are very gifted with teaching skills. Indeed, noted author Whitley Streiber describes in his book The Secret School: Preparation For Contact, it is a female Tall Zeta who taught him as a child, along with selected other San Antonio, Texas small children, at night in a wooded grove as a kind of educational group close encounter.
There have also been Star Visitors reported who have a large process of folds along the back of their heads, a series of deep creases or crevices along the top of the head, sloping down forward towards the front, and with a strongly-pronounced brow- ridge above the eyes.
Are these twelve different races; or variants based on evolving in different climactic zones on one planet? Does this represent racial variation within inhabited planets in one star system? Or are these variations which occur within one cluster of star systems? Or does the Zeta genotype tend to appear in many different star systems, on some planets, along with other races, on other planets, within those same star systems? The truth is, we do not know. Or at least that information has not been released to the public. Thus, we are still at the stage of gathering information on the various different types of intelligent lifeforms visiting our planet.
Another source of variation even within what is apparently one race is clothing. Many experiencers report that their Zeta visitors wore no clothes. Others have seen Zetas wearing long robes and hoods over their heads. Others have seen crews where both versions of attire, as well as close-fitting jumpsuits, were in evidence. Yet Zetas are not the only ones wearing robes.
Councillor Meata of the Star Nations’ High Council says that the Zeta are renown for their working with energy of various forms. They also excel at gathering information, and the Star Ntions rely on their reports in addition to those gathered from the Watchers, (Star Visitors human and Walk-In volunteers on Earth who compile information about what is going on with the planet and with human society.
Another race of Star Visitors is the 4-to-5 1/2-foot tall Being, with a somewhat large head (by comparison with the human head) but not as proportionally large as the Zetas, and who has somewhat large (but smaller than the Zetas) dark oval eyes, spindly frame and limbs, and a hand with three long, cartilaginous, bone-less fingers, which end with neither claw nor suction-cup, but rather "ordinary" fingertip shape, except that their fingers do not taper.
A more distinctive kind of Star Visitor is the "Praying Mantis type" race. These Beings have long, narrow faces, with long, narrow, large eyes, sharply slanted upward and outward in an almost narrow-V position, given an almost insect-like appearance. This comparison is heightened by the Praying-Mantis types' extremely thin, long torsos, long, extremely-thin arms which are usually crooked into a sharp bend at the mid-joint, with the hand and fingers/mitten sloping almost vertically downward from the "wrist", and legs also bent at an almost right-angle at the mid-joint, creating a crouched pose. The overall effect is the characteristic "Praying Mantis" look. It should be noted that experiencers feel that this type is no insect, but rather an intelligent, gentle-spirited, but somewhat "hyper" and jerky-moving, human-like lifeform. There are both males and females. Star Nations Councillor Meata says that the Praying Mantis beings are gifted with the Spiritual Teachings, and visit Humans particularly when this kind of help is needed to be shared. These beings often are called Angels by people because they wear garments that are very shiny.
Another race is the so-called "Reptilians", or "Reptoids", although I note again that there is no implication in these descriptors of anything other than of intelligent, communicative persons. What distinguishes these "Reptilian" Star Visitors is their skin, which has small, fine scales, rather than smooth, their face, which has larger-than- human yellowish-green eyes variously described as with a vertical slit or "starburst"-shaped pupil, the eyes often oval, and an almost snout-like blunt process in the area of the nose and mouth, giving this type an almost dragon-like humanoid appearance.
The Reptoids have very powerful emotional energy, sometimes so strong that, as one experiencer described it, “it can almost floor you. But they are so sensitive and kind. And they have hearts the size of Texas.”
Another group of Star Visitors for convenience, I call the "Jawas", after their resemblance to the creatures in the film, Star Wars. This group is distinguished by their clothing. They wear hoods and robes, are generally short (three to four-and-a-half feet tall), and their faces are concealed by the shadows thrown by their hoods. Sometimes there is a much taller hooded and robed one on board the UFO, who often stands to the Experiencer's left as s/he lies on the Visitor medical examining table. This Tall One appears to direct the procedures, and often is the one who telepathically communicates with the Experiencer. A few Experiencers have noted glowing eyes under the "Jawas'" hoods. Other Experiencers have reported that when they got a glimpse of the being whose face was shadowed by the hood, it was a type of Zeta. Still others saw neither glowing eyes nor Zetas under the hoods, but rather never could distinguish the features in the shadows of the hoods. Councillor Meata of the Star Nations High Council says that the “Jawas” often serve as the “mechanics”, and are noted for their expertise with technology.
There are often mixed- race crews on the UFO's. In such cases there could be "Jawas" or "Praying Mantis" types or "Reptoids" or Zetas, joining in a coordinated effort in carrying out scientific or medical tasks.
A few Experiencers have noted robot-like figures, whose movements and "vibes" (or rather lack thereof) strongly suggest that these are robots sent remotely by the Star Visitors to observe, reconnoiter, and possibly retrieve objects. However, I have not encountered any reports of robots actually interfacing with humans to accomplish communication, or to remove the human to their craft for scientific examination. The robot-like figures appear to be relegated to the more impersonal tasks of information-gathering and stealthy surveillance, without the risk to the Star Visitors that they would otherwise run of possibly encountering responses from hostile humans.
My research has also come up with a goodly number of reports of "Humanoids", "Blondes", "Nordics", or "Pleideans" Star Visitors almost indistinguishable from humans. Indeed, Native American and other indigenous people's traditions point to their origin from the worlds of these human-looking Visitors in the Pleiades, Sirius, Orion and other star systems. If you were to place a pair of sunglasses on one of these "Nordic" Visitors, they would be indistinguishable from a Scandinavian-American citizen. Councillor Meata of the Star Nations High Council says that the Pleiadeans are especially gifted in medicine. When people are brought onto "ships" for physical body work, healers like the Pleiadeans work with them.
Former USAF Airman Charles Hall describes an extraterrestrial race he calls the Tall Whites. This race originates from a location near the star Arcturus. These Tall Whites are in adulthood around six feet in height and have generally humanoid features. They have blond hair, generally worn short, and the women tend to wear their hair in a feminine form of short cut. They are blue-eyed, and have larger-than-human eyes which wrap part-way around the side of their head. The Tall Whites otherwise look quite human, except that their skin is a chalky-white in color. They have hands with four fingers, the tips of which do not end in finger nails but rather in harder, two-inch-long claw-like appendages.
The typical clothing of the Tall Whites is an aluminized, chalk-white jump suit of canvas-looking fabric. They also wear gloves of the same material, and an open, white, motorcycle-like helmet. Both the suit and the helmet emit a three-inch-out field of soft-white flourescent light. The intensity of this emitted light can be varied from soft to too bright to look at without strain.
These Tall Whites have very high intelligence and an information-processing speed which Mr. Hall estimates at 3-1/2 times faster than bright humans. The Tall Whites's technology is equally advanced. One element of their technology is a transporter suit which they put on which provides personal antigravity levitation and above-ground movement, as well as force-field protection against attacks, e.g., would slow a bullet to where it would fall to the ground.
Another element of their technology is their spacecraft. They operate smaller scout ships which can transport a limited number of individuals. And then they have deep-space vessels than can travel between star systems. Their scout craft are white in color, ellipsoidal or egg-shaped, with a molded flat bottom. It has a row of large windows on each side, sort of like an airplane. Its size is comparable to that of a passenger train's diesel engine, and has two windows in front much like a train diesel engine. The range of these scout craft permit travel as far as the Moon or even Mars. But not deep space.
Their deep-space vessels are very large, sleek, black antigravity craft, 70 feet high, 300 feet wide, and 500 feet long. These vessels also have pilot windows, as well as have regularly-spaced running lights along their edges. Their range extends out many light years into space. Their top speed exceeds the speed of light by a considerable margin.
Airman Hall also reported a human-like race, the Saami, that migrated from Barnard’s Star are are resident in the Saami (Lapland) region above the Arctic Circle in Scandinavia. These Hall dubbed the “Norwegians”. They are distinguished from regular humans by their having only 24 teeth, instead of the normal-human 32 teeth. Also, these Saami people can regrow a tooth to replace adult tooth which has been removed. Otherwise they are indistinguishable from humans. Some of these Saami migrated to the U.S. and live in northern-tier states such as Wisconsin.
Zulu history also tells a story of a white-skinned man and a woman coming down from the sky on a cloud and alighting upon a hilltop. These people were white and shiny with hair of gold and wearing shiny clothes. Their huts are thatched with shining grass. Their village was said to be lit by a mightier light than any on this world.
Former National Security Council consultant-scientist Dr. Michael Wolf has described people from the Altair Aquila star system who are virtually indistinguishable from humans. He worked with one, Anon Sa Ra, a Star visitor consultant scientist.
Wolf also described a race dubbed the "Semitics", of average height and a generally human-like appearance, except for their very large hooked nose. "This was the race which landed at Holloman Air Force Base, [New Mexico, in the Sixties], and conversed with some generals there."
Dr. Wolf called the human-like race he worked with the “Nordics”, and these are different from Airman Hall’s Tall Whites. Wolf said, "The Semitics and Nordics come from Altair 4 and 5 and from the Pleiades." Whereas, Hall identifies the home world of the Tall Whites as near the Arcturus star system.
I have also encountered reports where the Experiencer believed that the Star Visitor s/he was dealing with appeared to be a human. However, in some cases, this turned out to be an Star Visitor-imposed mental visualization in the mind of the experiencer, the so-called "screen memory". Upon closer looking, the experiencer was able to see the actual nonhuman face of the Star Visitor behind the mentally-imposed "human" mask.
My favorite variation of this mental cloaking experience occurred to one experiencer who believed she was encountering a human "spaceman". I invited the Experiencer to look closely and carefully at the face of the "human spaceman". When she did so, she suddenly was startled. "Oh, my", she said," It's not a human after all. It's one of those Grays." Other details made me suspect we were still not done. I suggested she study closely the face of her Zeta visitor. Startled, she could see that it was a "Reptoid" who had previously cloaked himself mentally as a Zeta.
Another Star Visitor racial type described are the short, chubby "Dwarf" Star Visitors, with round pudgy faces. They seem to be relegated to doing the menial chores during a contact.
Dr. Michael Wolf also shared the information that the cetaceans (dolphins and whales) were seeded here long ago, are highly intelligent, telepathic, and social, and have their origin as a star species.
Another race here which has its origin in the stars is the group variously called the Bigfoot, Yeti, Sasquatch, and the “Abominable Snowman”. Jack “Kewaunee” Lapsertios, M.S., author of “The Psychic Sasquatch”, told me that these beings are very hairy and muscular yet intelligent humanoids, telepathic, social, but very avoidant of humans, unless they gradually learn there is one they can trust not to harm them.
Yet another race is what could be dubbed the Bird People. This group’s most pronounced feature is a broad, downward-sloping proboscis, somewhat like an oversize broad bird beak or flexible dolphin beak, with the mouth underneath the beak. These Visitors have graceful ovoid heads, and long thin necks. They have thin, horizontal, slit-like eyes with dark pupils. They are telepathic, kind- hearted, and powerful healers and teachers.
Then there are the light beings, the energy beings, and the pure, disembodied consciousness beings. The light and energy beings do not have a solid, three-dimensional body, but rather their presence is marked by the presence of an ill-defined mass of light or other energy. In the case of the pure consciousness beings, the only signal of their presence is the onset of telepathic contact, and, occasionally, their influence on something in the local environment.
Undoubtedly, many more races could be described. We as humans are challenged by intelligent life that looks so different from us, a challenge which can be disturbing. But it can also remind us that the Source of All is myriad in its expression of lifeforms, including intelligent lifeforms, across the vast Universe. Only the most anthropocentric would be offended by the Supreme Source's creation of intelligence in other anatomical packages. And, indeed, Star Visitor messages tell us that we are that special variant mix of intelligent life: part-Earth primate, part-Star Visitor intelligent lifeform.
Thus, when any of us has an encounter with a Star Visitor, we truly are meeting our "distant cousins".

Addendum: My Research Findings About the Star Visitors
My research findings are that the universe is an extremely broad place, harboring countless myriad of intelligent life forms at various stages of evolution, intellectual and moral development. It is obvious that in such a universe there would be and are intelligent beings at levels of development as primitive as we are, and even lesser developed. To cut to the chase, it does not matter how many civilizations are ahead of us in development, at roughly equal level, or behind us in development. As a practical matter, what counts is the societies which are in contact with Earth.
Fortunately for Earth, we have been contacted by member societies of the Star Nations, a broad coalition all of whose members subscribe to the metaphysical, spiritual and moral principles of the 11 Universal Laws and the 11 Spiritual Laws of the cosmos.

Because these societies adhere to this set of principles, their interaction with Earth is careful, moral and just, and has as its objective the fostering of our development past the crucial faltering stage we are in.
So, to review the obvious corollaries: Are there civilizations out in space less developed, as aggressive, as territorial, as overreaching, as some on Earth? Yes, there are. Luckily for us, the Star Nations provide a cordon of protection for Earth, so that we do not have to deal with such societies.
One cannot arrive at a correct understanding of the civilizations of space by extrapolating from Earth experience. In Anthropology this is called the anthropomorphic fallacy: imputing to others thoughts and behaviors based on our own cultural set. "As above, so below" doesn't work. We are not the universal template for the cosmos. Rather, the proper approach is the scientific approach is based on dispassionate and careful evaluation of genuine evidence. The evidence amassed by the community of behavioral scientists specializing in this area is that we are in contact with more developed benign races.
The basic course in Logic teaches to reject the Reduction-To-Absurdity Fallacy. So, to posit that if Star Visitors are not as underdeveloped as we are, "the rest of the universe must be inhabited only by saints and angels" is such a reductio ad absurdum. The clear evidence from those who have had actual, genuine contact and communication with the Star Visitors indicates that they also face challenges, sometimes have divergent points of view that they must then discuss and endeavor to resolve. The members of the Star Nations have feelings, hopes, aspirations, feel pain, mourn loss, suffer disappointment. No life is immune from struggle and karma. The search for evidence in an arena such as Star Visitors contact with humans is complicated, laced as it is by deliberately planted disinformation, human deceit and treachery, attention-seeking pseudo-victims and "channelers", planted "ufologists" actually working for the UFO Cover-Up organization, and deliberately deceptive stealth kidnappings by rogue units who then abuse, drug and hypnotically reprogram their victims to either misremember their ordeal as an "alien abduction", or not remember it at all but instead carry around in their mind false information and programming to be assumed as their own thinking. In such a deliberately confusing smoke-and-mirrors environment it is easy to become misled. And many do.
When Cabal operatives plant stories and supposed "government leaks" about ill-intentioned "aliens" seducing the government with offers of advanced weapons technology in exchange for government permission for experimentation on humans, such lurid tales betray their origin as the projections of rogue military intelligence. The above propaganda story is a complete distortion of the facts.
The actual facts are that Star Visitors of the Star Nations have made contact with certain governmental officials, as well as millions of ordinary citizens. As documented by Dr. Michael Wolf of the NSC, USAF Colonel Steve Wilson and others, Star Visitors have both requested Earth governments to prepare and then inform their people about Star Nations contact and communication; and have meanwhile offered assistance to Human scientists in advancing Human understanding in astronomy, physics, biology, medicine, electronics, philosophy, cosmology, spirituality, etc. This assistance is benign, and intended as a sign of good faith and intentions. Over the decades Humans have made spectacular advances in medicine, communications, science and engineering as a result of this information sharing. The Star Visitors are not to blame if certain rogue military and Cabal operatives steal and misapply some of these benign technologies to weapons purposes.
The visits some Star Visitors make which involve scientific and medical procedures have various purposes. In some cases Humans are being upgraded to operate at a higher level physiologically, mentally, and psychically. In other instances the reproductive material of a given person is genetically upgraded so that when that person later goes on to have a child, that child will operate at a much higher level in terms of physical, emotional, mental and psychic development, a Star Kid. In yet other occasions the Star Visitor examine samples of the population to learn about such things as how fast and how far pollution is affecting our bodies and the food we eat. They also check on samples of mental development, attunement to spiritual realities, and current level of moral reasoning. Other visits serve as educational seminars, either individually or in group learning settings. During these educational sessions various things are taught and shown, including scenes of probable futures if Humans continue on their current course, or, in some instances, Star Seed adults and Star Kids are shown important missions which they can decide about taking on.
Why do the Star Visitors intervene? Because they see that Earth is on an extremely dangerous course, facing collapse of ecosystems, nuclear war, biological warfare, continued concentration of power for total domination of fellow humans by the geoplutocratic cartel known as the Cabal, and potential failure to reach our potential as a mature species, constructing and living in a society of high social, moral and spiritual development. Their response is akin to that of fireman paramedics responding to a 911 call about persons unconscious on the floor of a burning house. If the Star Nations act with a sense of urgency, and don't wait for cowardly governments to eventually get around to informing their citizens about official contact, their sense of urgency seems eminently appropriate.

Then there is the matter of societal organization among the Star Nations. Is each culture operating in a freelance way? Or are there overarching organizational structures coordinating the efforts of each with Earth?
An answer comes from one Star Visitor, Neuman, who answers three questions about Star Visitor organization in a dialogue with Marian MacNeil, who in turn provided this transcription.
“Question 1: What is the purpose of the Councils and Federations?”
"The Federations and the Councils within are important frameworks of the advanced Star Visitors. These enable us to have an organized plan as we go about observing and assisting groups of evolving Beings, such as yourselves . . . Terra humans. As species develop into viable Universal beings, we invite groups to join one or more of the Federations. We have more than one Federation. Their representatives are then chosen to maintain the Main overseeing group for Star Visitors. The individual Federations have full control over their group operations.
"You might picture the Main Federation like your UN Security Council, which keeps abreast of the activities of main body of the U.N.. Most Federations have representatives from other Federations. This large network works very well for and in the various dimensions, including the third dimension.
"Before a young species group is admitted into a Federation, the core representatives must approve them. Much research goes into the acceptance of these new species. This observing takes 'time' as you know it, watching many thousands of years for development in physical, mental and very importantly, the Spiritual growth of any species. This facet includes the emotional balance of individuals and as a whole .
"Federations operate in 'sectors' although there is an overlap of sectors. It depends on the 'interests' of each Federation group. Many different species groups are aware of the activities going on, on your Earth planet, not only you humans but all life and the planet itself. We observe and enhance all living creatures from time to time. This takes many, many years of your time awareness.
"Since your humanity's era of the industrial Revolution, your species has changed the aura, should we say, the makeup, of earth energies and other life forms on your planet. The extinction of many species shows that the changes disrupted the energies so those species could no longer survive on the planet. Not good.
"Your most recent times have been devastating to al life forms. Earth is in a crisis! This shows us that Earth humanity is not progressing in the proper way as a whole. Those you title light workers, and others who are developing positive awareness, are observed, assisted and adjusted for future work among the Federations. Earth, herself, is transforming and becoming lighter on many levels. This process releases unwanted 'times', toxins, and negative energies she has been forced to endure over the past several hundreds of years."
"Question 2: What does it mean to be presented before the Councils?”
"As you have stated, My Little One, having the opportunity to be with a Council is an honor for terra humans. It is an honor for the Star Visitor research group monitoring your Spirit Energies. A host of humanity has been presented before a Council. The Council views the truth of one's Spirit, the balancing of actions with missions, the Intention created by the Core of the Spirit evolving while on your planet. As a Being evolves on your planet, we find the original Intention sometimes gets dislodged as the energy forces of the life take over for a time. The key is the budding awareness or awakening. This is what we look for during these individual and group reviews. We view the various energy levels, impart energy to each, give messages and make adjustments by thought transference during those meetings. Even when one is unaware, conscious-wise, a meeting is very valuable to that being. The awakening of consciousness often starts with a review or some other type of experience with the Star Visitors. Councils help Star Visitor 'Guides' in determining when the time is right for individual awakening experiences. The Tall Whites in their interactions with humans often carry stun devices for protection, eight-inch-long white tubes which can emit a microwave beam that can excite the sodium atoms in the nervous system of a threatening human and render the human unconscious for a limited period of time.
A contingent of Tall Whites have been resident in the Indian Springs Valley region of central Nevada since before the first Euro-American settlers moved west.
These Tall Whites have found Earth to be a convenient way-station in their travels within this sector of the galaxy. As Charles Hall explains it, Earth's sun is located in the middle of a very large, 10-light-year-diameter almost-empty section of the galaxy. Most stars occur in groups, with another star within two light-months distance. Thus, for civilizations living on star systems near this near-empty space "bubble", Earth serves as a handy mid-way rest, supply and repair station.
The Tall Whites have established a residential location within French Peak, about 25 miles north-northwest of Indian Springs Auxiliary Air Force Station, Nevada. They also have a main base and space vehicle repair facility which is also built into the side of a hill at the north end of Indian Springs Valley, not too many miles from their residential location.
When Tall Whites deep-space vessels approach Earth from space, they make an initial landing at Dog Bone Lake, 25 miles east of French Peak on the Nellis Air Force Range, Nevada. Then they make a lateral transition to the main hanger, where huge doors part to admit the vessel, then re-close.
Presidents (including LBJ), select top Senators and Congressmembers, and select Generals and Admirals are aware of, and have actually met Tall Whites, either at carefully-arranged events in Washington, DC, or on the Nellis Air Force Base Range, Nevada.
The Tall Whites have made arrangements with the U.S. government at the highest levels to have their central-Nevada facilities undisturbed. In exchange they provide advanced scientific and technological information which has permitted rapid advances in science and technology on Earth. Some of their scientists work as technical consultants at advanced laboratory installations, including northern California, Nevada, and elsewhere.
The Tall Whites facilities in central Nevada serve as locale for Visitors from other star system to come and study the English language and American culture. These Visitors aree intensely curious about life and customs on Earth.

Helen Littrell, along with co-author Jean Bilodeaux, provides parallel and corroborative information in her new book, "Raechel's Eyes". This book tells the gripping story of how a compassionate Air Force officer on a Perimeter Security Team befriended a Zeta Reticulan survivor, who happened to be a Zeta-human hybrid teenage girl. The Zeta Reticuli star system is seen from Earth's southern hemisphere, and is about 39 light-years distant.
The book chronicles his subsequent daring experiment, authorized by the National Security Council through the Air Force's Aerospace Technical Information Command, to adopt this hybrid, now dubbed "Raechel", and let her try out living a normal life as a college student at Lost River College in California, while living as a roommate with the author's daughter, Marisa. Her adoptive Colonel "father" was stationed at an Air Force Base near his adoptive daughter's college.
"Raechel's Eyes" also provides an accurate picture, minus the usual disinformation in such matters, as to what really goes on below the surface of the heretofore undisclosed "Four Corners" base, which is sister to and apparently north of the better-known Area 51 Complex in the central Nevada desert.
"Four Corners", (which is misleadingly not anywhere near the real U.S. Southwest Four Corners area), is actually a U.S. Government-run Star Visitor Reception Area and Ambassadorial Interface Facility for representatives from the Intergallactic Council. And it also serves as a cultural integration and tutoring place for those Star Visitors who want to fit in and be able to walk around and observe Earth while passing for human. This latter effort is called the Humanization Project.
"Raechel's Eyes" closely parallels information about the underground activity at Area 51, leaked by Army Command Sergeant-Major Robert Dean, the NSC's Dr. Michael Wolf, former [Area 51] Site S-4 physicist Robert Lazar, and USAF "Project Pounce" head, Colonel Steve Wilson.
I believe that all Star Kids and Star Seeds will find the day-to-day struggle of hybrid Raechel, and of the Tall Whites residing at Indian Wells Valley, to try to get accepted in the human world to be an Nth-degree case of the basic struggle so many Star Kids (and Star Seed adults) experience in trying to define themselves, and be openly who they are without the rejection, ridicule and avoidance too many humans dish out to someone who is different. And different can be Zeta-human hybrid, Tall White passing for human with disguise, or a human Star Kid or Star Seed whose advanced abilities "just aren't normal".
As "regular" humans learn to accept their own children, the Star Kids, perhaps this will accelerate the day when the public is ready to accept the Zeta-human hybrid "Raechels" and Tall White "Harry's" of the galaxy as just other people here to visit.

The Tall Whites have established a residential location within French Peak, about 25 miles north-northwest of Indian Springs Auxiliary Air Force Station, Nevada.
Charles Hall wrote me concerning this:
"I do believe that in the 1965 - 1967 time frame, the Tall Whites did have an additional scout craft hanger and rest area located near the top of French Peak, because I frequently saw them in their scout craft entering and leaving the valley below French Peak and entering Indian Springs valley.
"Also the range maintainence men told me on many occasions that the Tall Whites had such a hanger and they frequently observed them when they were up on the mountain.
"Remember, as described in book II, the Tall Whites had several such scout craft hangers and rest areas located in the northern portion of the Indian Springs valley, in addition to their base and main hanger.
"However, I, myself, never actually saw the Tall Whites up on French Peak, partly because I very very seldom went over to that valley, and the mountain was not visible from Range #3.
"The French Peak site, however, in 1965-1967 was not their main housing area. The mountains at the north end of Indian Springs Valley have two main peaks. The main housing area for the Tall Whites was located underground where I have indicated it on the maps. That peak was the peak located immediately north-north-west of the peak that contained the main hanger.
"Remember that there still exists a significant number of my personal experiences that I have not yet captured on paper or verbally described, for various reasons.
"For example the UASF captain and pilot of the twin engine Cessina plane that came out from the Pentagon at the end of every month, did not stop at French Peak. He did not stop at Area 51 or at Groom Lake. He landed on the short runways located in the valley north of the main Tall White hanger and landed again at the short runway located at the base of the alien housing area.
"He also made a third langing up in that vicinity, before returning to Indian Springs to refuel.
"I have no idea what the status of French Peak or the Indian Springs facilities are today.
"However, in the 1965-1967 time frame, the Tall White facilities and their locations were so excellent, allowing their deep space craft to arrive using Dog Bone Lake as an arrival/landing area, I wouldn't think that they would easily agree to any changes.
[Regarding the Tall Whites Star Visitors' hand and fingers], about which I (Richard Boylan) had asked whether they have hands with four fingers, and whether they end not in finger nails but rather in harder, two-inch-long claw-like appendages?, Charles Hall replies:
"The claws were probably artifical and worn for self defense. I was never sure.
"One night when I was out at Range #3, I saw the Teacher standing with her arms crossed with her hands resting on her upper arms. On that evening, she was certainly wearing 2-inch long claws. On a different evening, I saw her in DownTown Las Vegas outside the Hotel Fremont and Casino. On that evening she was disguised as a human woman, and she was definitely not wearing claws.
"The Tall Whites are quite frail by human standards. Their arms and hands do not have anywhere near the strangth that human arms and hands have. The wearing of artifical sharp claws would provide them with a set of weapons with which they could defend themselves against bees, hornets, snakes, etc. Such artifical claws would also be quite useful as tools when outside in a Nevada desert environment.
"Incidentally I do not have any problem with the statement, 'Mr. Hall estimates at 3-1/2 times faster than bright humans,' because the best I could do was only to form a rough estimate. However, in Book #1, in the chapter entitled "Olympic Tryouts", I carefully timed Range Four Harry when he was running northwest from the corner of my barracks out into the open desert, and he was running at approximately 35 mph.
"Since the Olympic world record for humans for the mile run is only 15 miles per hour, that would mean the the Tall White alien known as Range Four Harry had a nervous system that was operating at approximately 35/15 = roughly 2 to 2-and-a-half times faster than the human nervous system operates.
"Of course, when I timed myself, the fastest that I could run was just barely 7 miles per hour. So Range Four Harry's nervous system might have been running 35/7 = 5 time faster than mine. I can only guess....
"For example, I do not know where the home planet of the Tall Whites is located, but I feel certain that they arrive here on earth from the direction of the star Arcturus ( book 2, chapter "Olympic Dreams"). I guessed at the time that their home planet orbited a star located approximately 105 light years from earth, whereas Arcturus is located at 36 light years from earth. However, that was only my best guess based on my personal observations at the time. The Tall Whites, themselves, would never say.
"The Teacher stated that Pamela had never been back to their home planet, and that Pamela had been born in Indian Springs Valley when James Madison was President, (i.e. approximately the year 1812), (book III, Chapter "The End of the Innocence.")"

I (Richard Boylan) think it should be emphasized that Charles Hall does not claim that the Tall Whites come from Arcturus, but rather from a location/star system many light years far "behind" Arcturus (from Earth's point-of-view). And that is his conjecture based on comments from the Tall Whites. Thus, I think one should be hesitant to call the Tall Whites "Arcturians".

I am enclosing below an excerpt from Chief Golden Eagle/Standing Elk's 1996 Star Knowledge Conference, because a Speaker there, former Acting Surgeon-General of Finland, Dr. Rauni Kilde, MD, spoke about the Sammi people. This is apropos of Airman Charles Hall's mention of not only the Tall Whites Star Visitors having a resident contingent on Earth, but also that he knew of another humanoid Star Visitor race that he dubbed the "Norwegians" (actually, Laplanders or Sammi people). These Sammi people live above the Arctic Circle in Norway, Finland, Sweden and a northwestern peninsula of Russia. They have their own distinctive language, and traditionally survived by herding reindeer.
They have only 24 teeth instead of the usual 32 found in "regular" humans. Further the Sammi have another set of reserve teeth below the gum-line ready to grow into place if an adult tooth falls out. Their teeth also have much shorter roots than the "regular" human tooth. But Dr. Rauni herself has not been involved in any diagnosis of hypodontia among the Sammi people that she lived among.
Hall heard of some of these "Norwegian" Sammi who emigrated to the United States immigrants, and generally settled in northern-tier states like Wisconsin.
It is fascinating, I think, to learn that a race from the stars who look so much like us that they "pass" undetected, and who calmly reside among us, while Carl Sagan & the SETI Project had been desperately sending radio signals out into space to see if there is any intelligent life out there.

"Finnish physician Rauni-Leena Kilde spoke of her extraterrestrial experiences among the Sammi (Laplander) people she was raised with above the Arctic Circle and in Scandinavia. Her first remembered contact was when she was in a severe car crash. As she laid there mortally injured, a small Star Visitor (not a Sammi) was at her side working on healing her injured liver. Later the hospital staff could not understand how she survived the crash. Later she remembered Star Visitor contacts as a child living among the Sammi. She reported that there is a change of attitude in Scandinavia and the European Union about cosmic contacts. She hears positive reactions to Star Visitor encounters. In Scandinavia the so-called "Grey" aliens are rare. Most common there are the small, short, wrinkled "Dwarf" Star Visitors. [The Gnomes?] Her country borders Russia, whose cosmonauts were threatened with death if they talked openly about UFO encounters."

Former U.S. Air Force Airman Charles Hall, author of the "Millennial Hospitality" trilogy, has more to reveal about what he learned while serving at Nellis Air Force Base Range proximate to the locations of the resident Tall Whites Star Visitors.
In personal email to me, Charles stated: "During the two and a half years that I spent at Nellis AFB and at Indian Springs, Nevada, I had a significant number of personal experiences that are not related in my three books for various reasons.
"There are at least two groups of such experiences that you will probably wish to discuss with me in person, since I am not able to properly relate them in this short email.
"The first group of experiences are centered on the location of the Tall White facilities located near the peak of French Peak. In the 1965-1967 time frame, I personnally and frequently observed on many separate occasions the tall white scout craft and the tall whites entering and leaving the valley just below French Peak. Several of the range maintaince men at that time informed me that the Tall Whites had at least a scout craft base dug in toward the top of French Peak in addition to their main base at the north end of Indian Springs Valley.
"However, the deep space craft always arrived from space and departed back into space by using Dog Bone [Dry] Lake as their landing, and their deep space approach area. Once the deep space had arrived (or landed ) by hovering out over Dog Bone Lake, the Tall Whites seemed to greatly prefer to bring the deep space directly and immediately to a landing out in front of the main hanger on the mountains where the hanger was located.
"The deep space craft were not very maneuverable once they had arrived here on earth, and the Tall Whites greatly preferred to park it in the main hanger as quickly as they could.
"No matter where their various facilities are located, I would expect that they would still be using Dog Bone Lake as their landing area.
"The second group of experiences are centered on several times that I personnally witnessed the Tall Whites, using their scout craft, with small groups of high ranking American generals on board apparently taking short tours of the Moon. They would do so when the Moon was just a few days past the fourth quarter.
They would take off just after sunrise from Indian Springs Valley, head straight towards the sunlight side of the Moon (which would be directly overhead at the time), and return to Indian Springs Valley just before noon.
"When the American Generals got off the craft they would be laughing like children who were just returning from Disneyland. I feel certain that they had been to the Moon and back.
"I have always believed that the Americans have a base on the Moon possibly located in the crater Ar[i]starchus (? spell ). For that reason, I believe it is entirely possible that high resolution pictures of that area of the Moon also show building, hangers, and other structures which could well be American-Made.

I met with Charles Hall and his gracious wife, Marie Therese, Monday night, December 6, 2004 in San Francisco, where he was attending the Oracle computer convention. (Mr. Hall is a computer consultant now, in addition to having a Master's degree in nuclear physics. He currently holds a Secret Clearance, and in the past has held a Top Secret Clearance as well as a Department of Energy Q Clearance.
We discussed the various matters relating to his experience with the Tall Whites and related matters.
Interestingly, he states that "None of my work at Indian Springs [Auxiliary Air Force Station, Nevada Test Range] was ever classified, although my orders were very highly classified." In our conversation, Mr. Hall explained that the reason his orders assigning him to Indian Springs AAFS were so "very highly classified" is because the interview he had at Nellis Air Force Base before getting assigned to Indian Springs AAFS included Tall Whites Star Visitors as well as Air Force officials as members of the interview team. The Tall Whites Star Visitors wore disguise, but Mr. Hall in retrospect recognized who they were after his exposure to the Tall Whites on the Indian Springs AAFS Ranges.
Mr. Hall indicated he was aware of sensitive installations at Area 51 (Groom Dry Lake Base) and Area 52 (Papoose Dry Lake satellite Base, aka S-4) as well as several other Areas on the Nellis Air Force Base Range. In these latter Areas, the Tall Whites were also present. Mr. Hall never went to the Area 51 facilities nor the S-4 Papoose Lake facilities, because all he would be able to see where the above-ground buildings and entrance doors to within-mountain facilities, which were of minimal interest. And there was always the possibility of a mix-up and getting accosted or worse by guards who were unaware of his special permission to roam the entire NAFB Range (surface).
As regards Air Force generals being taken on one-day round-trip rides to the Moon and back by Tall Whites in the Tall Whites' space vehicles in the time-frame 1965-67, it certainly boggles the mind to know that at that very same time, Air Force Public Information Officers were publicly stoutly discrediting any civilian reports of flying saucers.
Mr. White indicated that there are some things he is not free to talk about, but that he is aware that there are five areas of "gravity anomaly" on the Moon, and strongly hinted that these were related to Star Visitor installations there.
He also stated his belief that the United States has a base on the Moon, and that his personal inclination is that it is located in Crater Aristarchus.

(Also, parenthetically, I can now better understand why the Powers That Be threw a royal hissie fit when the UK television documentary, "Alternative Three" came out years ago touting a get-away base on Mars. Though subsequently disowned as "a prank", the documentary came too close to the truth, it would seem.)
Mr. Hall and I also discussed another Star Visitor race that has been resident on Earth for some time, and is represented among the Sammi (Laplanders) people of the northern region of Norway (and adjacent states) above the Arctic Circle. These special "Norwegians" are noted for their having 24 teeth instead of the normal human count of 32. Charles repeated his anecdote about some of these Sammi Star Visitors becoming stranded here after their craft was damaged during the 20 light-year voyage from their home world (perhaps Barnard's Star), and that they could not return, and so settled in a lightly-populated sector of the polar regions, which has a climate similar to their home world.
I told Charles Hall of my finding clinical reports of a high prevalency of hypodontia (fewer-than-normal teeth) among young Sammi adults studied in Scandinavia even despite some amount of intermarriage between the Sammi and European people in Scandinavia.
When I asked Mr. White if he had ever been approached by the equivalent of the Men-In-Black or any other government agents and been told to keep quiet about his experiences, he said he had not.
Thus, I am left to conclude that his being allowed to publish his experiences is another step in the Public Acclimation Program's effort to acquaint and acclimate the American public to not only UFO reality, but also the presence of resident Star Visitors among us. And these "Resident Aliens" do not have Green Cards.

The government's Public Acclimation Program, in passively "allowing" Helen Littrell to come out publicly with her account of her daughter's having been roommates with a Zeta-human hybrid, Raechel, as fellow junior college students, and Raechel's adoptive father, an Air Force Colonel revealing to Helen that the government maintains an undisclosed Nevada base, "Four Corners", at which contingents of Visitors from various star systems around the galaxy are welcomed and provided hospitality, orientation, and education in Earth language and customs; and in "allowing" Charles Hall to tell of almost-daily contacts with the Tall Whites on the Nellis Air Force Base Range, as well as his knowledge of Sammi Star Visitors immigrating to the United States from Norway many decades ago, has substantially raised the bar on what the public is allowed to be aware of.
We have come far from faltering admissions by former Air Force officers that certain UFO photos are authentic.
The well-informed members of today's public can now know that U.S. Air Force generals have been engaging in junkets to the Moon aboard Star Visitor-manned space craft since almost forty years ago.
The well-informed public is now allowed also to know from a retired military serviceman that the Star Visitors are not only visiting, but some of them are in residence here, and some of these Visitors have been resident on Western American soil since before the white man came.
The Sci-Fi movie poster says, "We are among you." Only it isn't science fiction.
And just think: no War of the Worlds has happened!
Can interstellar peaceful coexistence be in our future? Why not? It has already been going on for centuries.
