We have opened up all of the groups from Private. They are now easier to join and most provide instant gratification in that I have taken off the need for Robert or I to approve it. This was done to facilitate the use of the site search on all groups since the Private search has not functioned for 2 going on 3 months and I kept getting the runaround from Ning. My best guess is that i interferes with one the new useless features they have added on. The Site Search is located in the upper right corner of your screen and is identified by the magnifying glass icon. The site search has finally almost caught up with the 5 years of posts I dumped on it all at once. LOL It appears to work fairly well now.
On the left and margin of the MAIN PAGE there is an area that says Members and has some member pictures in it. On the bottom left it says invite more. All you need is the email address of a person who wants to join and you can send them an invitation. We are now invitation only so don't just tell someone to go and join because they can't unless they have an invitation. This was done because we were getting overrun with spammers. This about all the updates for awhile. I am going to start adding them here when things happen. Good listening to you all. -------------------------- R
