The problem was with one of the extensions or add-ons so I reset Firefox to default state. Sorry to trouble you all. :)
It is really sad that one little thing can cause all sorts of havoc. That was a really strange page. It was as if they were trying to tell you you couldn't post without signing in, but the way it was presented was indeed weird. Thanks for showing it to me. I now know what to do if Firefox weirds out on me. LOL ----------- R
I've attached a screen shot of the "weird" display at ge.tt under Firefox 26 /Windows 7. I hope it's OK.

I have successfully downloaded the file under Chrome but I still get the "weird" display, i.e. unformatted, using Firefox now updated to 26.0 under Windows 7 with latest updates applied. If there is a way of attaching a file (jpeg) I have a screen shot of the ge.tt web page. I'm not complaining just notifying about my experience. Very odd. Perhaps it's the AdBlock Plus add-on plug-in I have installed in Firefox?
Also works just fine under IE 11 / Windows 7.
Yes there is up above in the header of each reply block there is in the upper left corner the word 'Link" next to that on the right is a square symbol. You can place a jpg on the line your cursor is by clicking on that symbol. Like this.
That is really odd. it could be the ad block Plus. I really don't know. I have talen all my stuff off ge.tt because when they sold out to a bigger company everything went bad. I have some of my older posts being deleted because they are "outdated". What does that have to do with anything. My account is paid pro and I should be able to save whatever I want in there. I am also having files turn up incomplete. they are getting weird so I am not surprised at the weird display at all. ---------------------------------- R

I also had no problem with firefox downloading and the page was not weird for me. Darn, I like weird things. You got my hopes up and no weird display. I'm disappointed Boo Hoo! ----------------- R
