      HI Wayne, the Amazon link is for Audible.com and as I am UK based I cannot purchase it there

      and Audiobookstore.com require you to set up an account and a monthly subscription plan

    I've purchased dozens of titles from downpour.com, many when I was in Hong Kong and Japan, others while in Canada, I had no problem with them at all. They were happy to help me with whatever I wanted.

      When I try to purchase it tells me the title is unavailable in my country and will not let me continue

      They tell me it is a copyright issue.

      Yes it is annoying. I contacted Downpour about it and this is the response I got

      I am sorry that the titles you were looking for were not available. Presently, we will accept both national and international orders for digital downloads, CDs, and MP3CDs. Our products are available to order internationally, however the selection is reduced. The only titles we are allowed to sell internationally, are the ones that we have obtained the rights for from the publisher. Every individual title that we carry for sale or rent has a legal and binding contract associated with it. These legal contracts that we hold with the author and/or the publisher of the printed title govern which of the 4 formats we can sell, whether we can exchange membership credits for the title, and what regions of the world we are legally allowed to sell the title in.

       

      I went ahead and double checked the territories for both of those titles and can confirm we are unable to sell them in you region.
