Was wondering if any of you guys have some superior sound upgrades to these BBC Sci Fi etc. oldies.
What I have is on cassette and many of the shows are generations down from the original and that as you all know so well always lowers sound quality.

Whenever I see TROUBLE WITH LICHEN I download it but it always turns out to be the same so-so recording.
May have some of the other but somebody else will probably reply before I can check...
Many thanks for your response Mike, however so far I haven't seen any other response regarding my list, so if it's not too much trouble would very much appreciate any ULs you could furnish.
on a similar note Mike, the same full set of Dad's Army audio has been doing the unlicensed rounds for years. Before I'd ever even heard of Timespast I'd bought about 3 or 4 MP3 CDs, with each dealer promising me this was a HQ set! On some of that collection, wherever it's from, the tape starts to wowwow really quite badly. Not just on a couple of episodes but a fair few. Because I've got the CD boxsets, and because I was downloading more stuff than I'm ever likely to listen to (that I don't already have), I never bothered to download them when BBC Radio Downloader was working. Now that that's gone it seems ridiculous!
