I was wondering if anyone had a complete set of this series.

I'd gotten some low-bitrate (24kbps) episodes on a "rare radio programs" CD that I'd bought from a collector years ago, and was eventually able to get some information on it:

The series was produced by a non-profit organization in Bloomington, IL in 1992 and aired on NPR in 1994 and 1997. There were cassettes produced, and those are still being traded second-hand on the Internet.

Each episode concentrates on an inmate in the sanitarium -- very weird and creepy.
