This is the Caedmon recording of Lancelot and Elaine read by Basil Rathbone in a pleasantly old fashioned rich baritone. Full of attractive pre-Raphaelite coloring, the story tells of the manner in which Elaine, a simple soul and self-conscious close identity to the Lady of Shallot, intrudes into the Eternal Triangle of the Arthurian Court.
