One of the greats of the American Songbook. He was an English born american songwriter, famous for a series of american musicals, and many songs which have become standards: Three Coins in a Fountain, I've heard that song before, People and many more.
He was championed by Frank Sinatra, which led to a collaration with another Great, Sammy Cahn.
It is well presented by Mr Manilow who is clearly a big fan of the composer.
