You're Welcome Rick - the church is the Cathedral of St Alexander Nevsky in Tallinn, Estonia
(there is another in Sophia , Bulgaria- and probably others still I know not of)A lot of the money that the Russians are making from their new found oil and gas success is finding its way back to their churches - restoring the holy buildings the Communists tries so hard to make dissappear.
