Donne still had More because that was his wife's maiden name. To qoute from the Luminarium life of Donne

Donne was beginning a promising career. In 1601, Donne became MP for Brackley, and sat in Queen Elizabeth's last Parliament. But in the same year, he secretly married Lady Egerton's niece, seventeen-year-old Anne More, daughter of Sir George More, Lieutenant of the Tower, and effectively committed career suicide.

  • Thank you very much for sharing the Beatles files.  I did notice that episode 5 of the Robert Johnson Story is missing.  Was that intended or maybe the mediafire whacked one of the files?

    • Yes it is...I.listened 2 the 1st one and really liked it
    • Thank you again for uploading.  I got the episode 5 from another uploader.

    • Me!  -------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------  R

    • that's a good thing but I still do not know why MediaFire singles out that file - there was no info in the banning notice

    • Near as i can figure, one of my storage spots does it too, they figure that they have made a point by ruining the download for others by taking a part out as close to the middle as they can.  They are making a point and hoping that downloaders will not download your stuff if it is incomplete.

I figured that is what happened and I posted partly to make sure you had a complete copy because it is an excellent set.  ---------------------------------------------------------------  R
