I found a website that boasts some extremely rare radio shows. I don't know the accuracy of their claims, but I thought the site and some of their shows might be worth checking out.
Zorro
The Zorro radio show ran for a very short stint in 1957. Zorro is a masked avenger who leaves his trademark "Z" on all the bad guys. He is incredible fast with a sword and is quite acrobatic. Zorro is actually Diego de la Vega, a distinguished gentleman from Mexico and Spanish California.

I also found some shows titled the "Adventures of Zorro" on internet archive
The first three shows have a different intro than the show listed above, However Ep 4 and Ep 5 have the same intro
Ep 1 Unexpected Return
Ep 2 Sanctuary
Ep 3 Ghost Of The Mad Monk
Ep 4 King's Justice
Ep 5 Imprisoned
The first three episodes are actually from a 1957 Disney LP record, with Guy Williams and Henry Calvin. The first four episodes of the TV series were dramatized for four short audio dramas. The last two episodes here are from the series The Adventures of Zorro, which is probably from around 1948 or 1949. The lone existing episode of the Preview Theater of the Air, entitled To Trap a Fox is a half-hour version of these two Zorro adventures and can be found in the Singles and Doubles Collection.(The Old-Time Radio Man [Internet archive comment )

On the second presentation of July 22, 1940, Forecast offered a mystery/horror show titled Suspense. With the co-operation of his producer, Walter Wanger, Alfred Hitchcock received the honor of directing his first radio show for the American public. The condition agreed upon for Hitchcock's appearance was that CBS make a pitch to the listening audience about his and Wanger's latest film, Foreign Correspondent. To add flavor to the deal, Wanger threw in Edmund Gwenn and Herbert Marshall as part of the package. All three men (including Hitch) would be seen in the upcoming film, which was due for a theatrical release the next month. Both Marshall and Hitchcock decided on the same story to bring to the airwaves, which happened to be a favorite of both of them: Marie Belloc Lowndes' "The Lodger." Alfred Hitchcock had filmed this story for Gainsborough in 1926, and since then it had remained as one of his favorites.
