Nightmare with Peter Lorre
It's nearing Halloween when ghouls and goblins and Nightmares abound so I will add my Nightmares to this collection of Horror. Peter Lorre would take one more stab at a radio series in 1953 in Mutual Radio’s Nightmare, a horror anthology that billed the actor as “your exciting guide to terror.” There were 53 episodes broadcast in 1953-54 of which a scant fraction survive, some sources say 5 and others venture that maybe 8 episodes survive. I have 4 of these in the Horror favorites folder of my collection which are shared here. I know of 2 more that are available and maybe another. So if you have any of those spine tingling stories that are not here please share. Myself and others would love to listen to them, in the daytime of course!! Hehehe.
