  • Dear friends,

Your quips have given me a laugh or two and I need it!

I found out today, from my dentist, that not only will I need a root canal; but I will also have to have two deep cavities filled and at their billing office I found another deep cavity and that was in my wallet!  Goes to prove that putting off the dentist really bites you big in the end!

My little quip to add to yours. Did you hear about the psychologist and proctologist that opened a combined office?  They called it Nuts and Butts.  I know keep my day job and I would if I wasn't retired already.

  • Dear Rick -

Again you have posted something that really interests me.  I thank you so much since I have to go to the dentist tomorrow and most of the time they only offer soothing music and enjoy what was known in old school terms, spoken records.  I will be getting to the root of this docudrama; while my dentist gets to the root of my canal.

Still smiling with almost all my teeth,

    Thanks!!!

    Bob

    • Bob:

When you hear your doctor say "Open wide," just be thankful he's a dentist and not a proctologist.

    • That reminds me of the Cardiologist that died and all the Doctors and family, well everyone was there.  At the funeral the casket was on rollers in front of the Mausoleum that had in front of it this perfect likeness of a human heart.  After the eulogy the music started and the heart opened up and the casket slid gently into it and the mausoleum behind.  The touching moment was broken by this hysterical laughter coming from the back of the group.  The minister looked around and saw who was laughing and asked him to explain himself.  He said well Father I was just thinking of my own service upon my death as I watched this and then I suddenly remembered that I'm a Proctologist.  -----------------------------  R

  • Thanks. Better than my old copies!

    • You're Welcome all.  Hope you enjoy it.   --------------------  R
