    Apologies. That will not give you an exe extension, unless you are logged in. So please, DO NOT do it that way. Instead right click and choose "save link as"

    click on the download, on the same line where it says "share on facebook, share on twitter"

      It has just dawned on me that you may  have already accidentally installed their Download Manager nd thus are no longer offered this suspicious little .EXE file or, as a member, you are not offered it at all.

      Hmmmm....
