In the 1970's on Saturday morning I would be glued to the tv watching this scifi/adventure show thrilling to the action....well...I was just a kid. :0)
Anyway, I have uploaded the first two shows of the Land of the Lost series. You know you remember the opening credits and the theme song...come on everybody sing.....

Oh - you just made my WEEK !! It's so campy and bad and I just LOVED that show !!! Always bothered me that Holly's hair was always neat, clean and perfectly braided, and her shirt always clean and pressed. One of the TRUE Land of the Lost mysteries...Thank you ever so much !

My mind is a little fuzzy on this one. I didn't watch much TV, I was in my twenties and had hair down to my butt. I guess as Shel Silverstein put it, "I got stoned and I missed it" LOL ------------------------------------ R
Never had the long hair at that time. My dad would save money and cut our hair himself. All I could remember about the haircut was that you would barely want to breathe for fear that you would flinch or something that would cause him to make a mistake and have to take off another inch of hair to even out the hair cut...needless to say...I was the only kid in town my age who had a military haircut

I was in the US NAvy and had the shears for 5 years, and after serving actually grew mine long (and still is at 47), I guess my way of aging backwards...LOL
My dad had a crew cut all his life (he also served in the USN). And I had my share of em growing up-LOL
