A pacey thriller about a Dr Matt Gallagher who is delighted to discover that his old friend has returned to Northern Ireland and wants to help him get the promotion he so desperately craves.
However, property developer, Devlin Harker, has other reasons for looking up his old friend and Matt soon finds himself involved in professional misconduct and worse.
