The BBC has adapted Powell's novels twice. The first, in 1979-1982 spanned twenty-six plays, which represented the twelve novels in Powell's A Dance to the Music of Time, done in order. The second was a freer adaptation, done in six parts in 2008.
Detailed analysis and cast lists for each are added below and in the RAR files. Although these are large files (at 128 and 192 kbps respectively, and 13 GB and 480 MB in size), they are well worth the download and the listening time.
