Does Anyone Know About This Website

Hi, I am not sure where to put this so I hope this is in the right spot.

I happened upon a very interesting website, but it reminds me of a ghostship!  The last posts seems to from several years ago.  It is called "The Flashing Dial"

There maybe current posts, I just did not happen to see any.

Can anyone tell me about this site, or is a member.  Is this an active OTR site.

        Despite several attempts to revive it in 2013 and 2014 and a lone post in 2015, it would appear that this site died in 2009 or 2010.

        Even our own buddies from BrokenSea haven't posted there since 2009. Neither has 19 Nocturne Blvd.

          Thanks for the response everyone.  I was just curious as the website looks very interesting and everything seems ready to go, except one thing: people posting.
