Hey dude.
Glad to here from you.
For a while I had backed away from Timespast Radio because people took over, who were largely only interested in modern radio and current books on tape A.K.A audio books (no matter what the site was clearly designed for), but it seems to have
been going in the right direction again.
I've been over at the golden age of hollywood on inig, the have classic film and some classic radio as well.

So you are back at TimesPast?
What else should I know?

If you upload something here, all you have to do is right click on the file and copy link location, and you can paste it on a thread somewhere else, like on 154, and share it there. It will download from there off of ning servers. Does not matter if file in private group or public to hotlink it. Might come in handy when you can share the file different places and only have to upload once.

Robert , I will do just that. I am a fan of Sherlock Holmes mysteries and thanks I have always liked this picture of The Shadow myself. I think I will leave the account up here for awhile and post a few shows on page so that anyone who wants them can take them.

Charles.

Great to see your icon, always liked that one.

You should look at he Holmes Group while you are here, it has become one of the best gathering of Holmes in one single location I have seen on the net.

No emails

Has anybody experienced this problem? I have not received emails from TimesPast in over 2 weeks now. I have been receiving emails on a regular basis announcing posts of new programs, and other group actions, but suddenly, the emails stopped coming in. Sure, I can go to the site and look for myself to see what's new, but I miss the emails.
If anybody else has had this problem please let me know. I love this site, but have felt left out of the loop lately.

PLEASE HELP!!!!!!!

Hi I really need help so if anyone can that would be great!! My grandfather who is 82 recorded an opera song for the bbc back in the late 1950's. He not very well and i think it would really mean a lot to him if he got to hear the song again. So does anybody know where old recordings are stored and if there are any ideas of who i should contact?. Thank u X

Looking for Baby Snooks programmes, please

Can anyone direct me to a source for Baby Snooks programmes, please? I've tried searching this site & only get pix, which are great, but I'm hoping for shows. I have a friend who's a big fan & I'd love to pull him in. Thanks in advance! -Karen, aka themadblonde

Uploading stuff

Hi all

I'm new to the site, and was wondering about a couple of things

Firstly I have quite a bit of Paul Temple stuff, I was going to upload it ( I dont know how to do this) but I was wondering what the legal standing of it was..They are all BBC productions but as I am sure you know they have been recently released. If I was able to upload them ( Is there a section here that can help me?) would it be legal?

Cheers

The Collected Works of Billy the Kid
