Gingerbread House Ideas

It's become a tradition of mine to make a gingerbread house every Christmas season.  As usual, I turned to Teresa Layman's books Gingerbread for All Seasons and Gingerbread: Things to Make and Bake for templates and inspiration.  This is what I ended up with: Below is the back: The fondant snowman is all ...

Bombay Sapphire Gin Gingerbread Houses

These are Bombay Sapphire Gin Gingerbread Houses. How's that for a tongue twister? And how would you like 20 of them? They have gin inside.  ;-) Each house has the ingredients for a Bombay Sapphire Gin Apple Cheer cocktail inside it.                       I don't normally do orders, but I couldn't resist the offer from Optimum PR, on behalf of their client, Bombay ...

Hi Dwight: Don't know what the problem is. Everything on Timespast is uploaded to the Ning server so all the links are active. I'm glad you could download with IE. Cheers, katy

New here!

My grandfather was an engineer at Detroit's WJR from 1943 until sometime in the 1970s. Beginning in 1943, he kept any of the on-air transcription discs that interested him, and also made his own copies and compilations of music and programs. I've inherited his collection of over 250 glass- and aluminum- based transcription discs and am finally in the process of transferring them to digital.

I have complete shows of programs like American Melody Hour, Meet the Missus (a local Detroit program), S…

No emails

Has anybody experienced this problem? I have not received emails from TimesPast in over 2 weeks now. I have been receiving emails on a regular basis announcing posts of new programs, and other group actions, but suddenly, the emails stopped coming in. Sure, I can go to the site and look for myself to see what's new, but I miss the emails.
If anybody else has had this problem please let me know. I love this site, but have felt left out of the loop lately.

PLEASE HELP!!!!!!!

Hi I really need help so if anyone can that would be great!! My grandfather who is 82 recorded an opera song for the bbc back in the late 1950's. He not very well and i think it would really mean a lot to him if he got to hear the song again. So does anybody know where old recordings are stored and if there are any ideas of who i should contact?. Thank u X

Looking for Baby Snooks programmes, please

Can anyone direct me to a source for Baby Snooks programmes, please? I've tried searching this site & only get pix, which are great, but I'm hoping for shows. I have a friend who's a big fan & I'd love to pull him in. Thanks in advance! -Karen, aka themadblonde

Home area

Does there happen to be any senior citizens out there from Southwest Florida. Wlould be nice to meet some people loccally with same interests in OTR as I have. I am a male 73 yrs old and was just wondering as there are some great OTR sites availoable.

Uploading stuff

Hi all

I'm new to the site, and was wondering about a couple of things

Firstly I have quite a bit of Paul Temple stuff, I was going to upload it ( I dont know how to do this) but I was wondering what the legal standing of it was..They are all BBC productions but as I am sure you know they have been recently released. If I was able to upload them ( Is there a section here that can help me?) would it be legal?

Cheers
