Addie, I added the Royal Guardsmen singing Snoopy vs the Red Baron to my music playlist. Here is the link if you want it too. I notice that with all your Snoopy pix you might like it.

Hi Addie:

How are you? I love your new display pic -- Snoopy the Red Baron. Peanuts is such a great comic strip.

I listened to your John Garfield and Racism. Excellent.

Firstly, thank you Addie for adding me as a friend. I'm glad you like my alien. He was known as the Mekon and to be honest he's a real baddy from Venus but I was always fascinated by him as a kid. You probably won't have heard of him as I'm pretty sure it was an all British thing. However he did try and invade earth in the 1950's ! He was a character in a boy's comic [the Eagle] and part of a story called Dan Dare. He also was on the radio over here as well. I liked him so much I even wrote a song about him in 2003 called -The Mekon Don't Like it - if you wanna hear it it's at http://www.macjams.com/song/42527 I don't know what stops him falling over either - no doubt some sort of advanced gravitational bias invented on Venus I would imagine. He's is very famous here in England though.

No emails

Has anybody experienced this problem? I have not received emails from TimesPast in over 2 weeks now. I have been receiving emails on a regular basis announcing posts of new programs, and other group actions, but suddenly, the emails stopped coming in. Sure, I can go to the site and look for myself to see what's new, but I miss the emails.
If anybody else has had this problem please let me know. I love this site, but have felt left out of the loop lately.

PLEASE HELP!!!!!!!

Hi I really need help so if anyone can that would be great!! My grandfather who is 82 recorded an opera song for the bbc back in the late 1950's. He not very well and i think it would really mean a lot to him if he got to hear the song again. So does anybody know where old recordings are stored and if there are any ideas of who i should contact?. Thank u X

Looking for Baby Snooks programmes, please

Can anyone direct me to a source for Baby Snooks programmes, please? I've tried searching this site & only get pix, which are great, but I'm hoping for shows. I have a friend who's a big fan & I'd love to pull him in. Thanks in advance! -Karen, aka themadblonde

Uploading stuff

Hi all

I'm new to the site, and was wondering about a couple of things

Firstly I have quite a bit of Paul Temple stuff, I was going to upload it ( I dont know how to do this) but I was wondering what the legal standing of it was..They are all BBC productions but as I am sure you know they have been recently released. If I was able to upload them ( Is there a section here that can help me?) would it be legal?

Cheers

The Collected Works of Billy the Kid
