These are selections from Johnnie Lee Wills' Schmitt Transcriptions that were chosen by Transco for radio syndication, and are now public domain.
They were released several years ago on a bootleg compilation which combined the content of two previously-released public domain LPs from the 1970s.
I'd originally gotten this from a now-defunct music blog, and although there are a lot of his Schmitt Transcriptions floating around cyberspace, I haven't seen this particular collection (on-line or for sale) in a while.
The original poster ripped each track at a different kbps (very unusual), but all are high quality.

The original covers are included in the zip folder, and I modified a Transco transcription label that you can download with the link below and attach it to your mp3s.
