  • The adventure story "Kidnapped" was originally broadcast (along with it's sequel, "Catriona", which had more of a romantic theme) in "Kidnapped and Catriona", a 10-part serialisation from 16th June to 25th August 1985. It was then re-broadcast on its own in 4 abridged parts in 1994 during the centenary of Robert Louis Stevenson's death.
