I've reviewed your log in detail... and am sorry to say I can not help as we share all the same gaps. I thought I had been making some excellent headway on this show during the past year, but in fact your collection exceeds mine by a half-dozen recordings. I wonder if you could possibly assist me in obtaining those? The dates in question are: 02/02/36, 07/26/36, 11/22/36, 12/13/36, 10/30/38 and 06/26/39. Grateful for any assistance and more than happy to search my own holdings for anything that would be of use to you by way of thanks.
Kurt

Only last week, I managed to find the 1936 show with Lotte Lehmann, but I am waiting of the discs, They could have incorrect info I will wait and see what comes.
There is a website called DIGITALDELI, who have a Magic Key log, but Dee is also chasing these shows herself. It looks like these shows are missing.I especially want the Beniamino Gigli program.
The only person that I know has some more programs is Jerry Haendiges, who will not ship to the uk.
it was last year since I worked on these Magic Key shows, I keep getting distracted with other radio series especially Firestone.

ps
i'm sure we can work something out about those missing shows and the ones that you mentioned that I have.
pps.
Have you any Ford Sunday evening shows?
Permalink Reply by Kurt Schriever on October 15, 2012 at 3:50pm If you got any of your Magic Keys last year from the OTRR Library, 'twas I who put them there, BTW. :-)
I do NOT have any Ford Sunday Evening, I'm sorry. Classical programs are not a specialty of mine; Magic Key's been a focus in some of the same way as Columbia Workshop has, as a flagship, "this is what radio can be" sort of effort. Some items in a vein that I am wildly and perhaps guessing incorrectly may be of interest: Kraft/Whiteman from 1933-34, lots of Rudy Vallee Fleischmann and Royal Gelatin, Gershwin tribute concerts, The Fire Chief Concert, Railroad Hour, a smattering of NBC Symphony shows you likely already have, The Squibb Show, Texaco Star Theater Summer Show, Westinghouse/John Charles Thomas. We could be at this for years flying blind like this. Have I interested you with any of the above? If not, perhaps you can send a longer list of interests. (Two lengthy Greek War Relief programs from February 1941, maybe??)
